And they have no other options. That's just a little too much for me. To be fair, they said they already have my license number. Which I don't know how they got it. If they were carding me and stored it, they store it without my knowledge. Rule number one for business, don't add unnecessary complications to the customer. But I'm sure most won't care. But I do. and there are plenty of other options online and local that don't need private data.

When I called and told them, the guy just kept saying he wasn't there the night before (ok?). Told me he'd talk to his boss. She said if she did that she risked her job and she has seen the owner 'yell until he's red in the face' at customers over similar issues and never makes it right. She took my info and said he'd be in the next day and he'd call me. Well, Mr. Can't run a business without threatening his employees didn't call me. Surprise. I spent $20 at this shop for tampered product and he can't even call. If he runs his business as described, no wonder he's strapped for $20.
