My cellphone provider suggested Mobile King for some repairs that I needed on a relatively new iphone. I also have two ipads and both had problems. Mobile King is constantly busy, but, Bobby took the time and quickly diagnosed all the problems. I left the ipads overnight and he had them both working within a couple of hours. My iphone needed a repair, so I returned the next day and he was able to repair it in about a half hour. He is so genuinely kind, nice and professional. His prices are more than fair and he's quick. What could be better? I've read some of the other reviews and all I can say is don't judge until you've been there and worked with him personally. It's hard for me to believe some of the comments when I have had such a positive and professional experience. I will say, on the other hand, that in today's world many people think they can place unrealistic demands on service workers and of course they want everything for free or next to nothing. I waited on tables for eight years going through school and I know exactly how difficult some customers can be and how quick they are to criticize or refuse to leave a tip. There are some people who simply will never be happy - no matter what. My experience with Mobile King and with Bobby could not have been better, I will refer all of my friends and family, if their phones, ipads etc. need repairs, supplies or new equipment.
