Go somewhere else!! I bought a vape pen that ended up being completely defective. I tried several chargers, pressed the button five times to test it, but nothing worked. When I placed it back in the plastic tube, it got jammed a little but was still able to be pulled out with pliers. The real frustration started when I tried to return it the next morning. The staff member denied the return and even went as far as jamming it further into the packaging and attempting to saw through it with scissors. After wasting a lot of time watching them struggle, I was offered an exchange, but they didn't even know the store's return policy when I asked. I left the vape pen and without a refund or exchange as it was defective, physically damaged by the staff member trying to pull it out with scissors, and was frustrated with lack of adequate customer service. HIGHLY recommend going somewhere. Terrible service, terrible products. read more

If I could rate this business a zero, I would. they bum rush you with all these fake numbers and promos and when they ring you up, they say one number but charge you a completely different amount. She told me I was charged $20 but when I checked my account it was $44.51 I used my Apple Pay and didn't see the amount at the time but a week later my friend went to the same place and was able to get a notification from his bank right then and there that the amounts were different so I went back and checked my account and they did the same exact thing to me. Do not shop here. It's a total scam. Oh, and it was the manager who did this. Makes sense why the place looked fancy. SCAMMM, definitely paid for the free drink smh. read more
