Staff is really helpful and keep up a great report with regulars. I've been to a lot of shops all over Houston but truly this is the best place I've been for juice selection. They have tons of flavors and I've loved everyone I've tried. They also have options with different %nic and have a reasonable selection of mods and pods. Also I really appreciated that when I came in for a certain item that wasn't in stock, they took my name, number, and request down and called me to let me know when it came in. Real quick for the reader. I stopped by this store looking for a certain coil. I walked in and was greeted and let the person working know what I was searching for. She told me there was only one certain coil for the mod I had when in fact there's actually 3 different types. I let that slide lol. I asked about just buying a new rig altogether when I noticed the price was astronomical compared to retail. When I asked why, she proceeded to tell me I could go to the competitor and find the same item marked up $30+. So I did exactly that to see for myself and when I got to the competitor store, the kind man had exactly the coils I was looking for and showed me the price on the mod I was considering buying at Izzy's for... wait for it... $26 less. Long story short. Don't gouge or markup items, especially when the business is already seemingly failing. read more

They truly know their flavors.. They have many different flavors to choose from including many flavors with low 0 nicotine to high 24 mg nicotine. Including many vape juices on sale. They have their own in-house vape juice and many poplar name brands to choose from... The staff and owner are very knowledgeable about many different topics... The biggest reason for five stars was the owner was willing to go the extra mile to help a new customer out. Even after I explained that I didn't buy the pipe from them. I was extremely happy with them trying to help me out with my pipe that after just 1 month it had quit working for me. I have visted this location, (Dickinson, TX) two times before today and have been over charged for my purchases both times. I called and spoke with the manager after the second incident and she assured me she would take care of it and compensate me. So today I went back in and to make a long story short there was no compensentation of any form. To the extinct she said I had already came in and been compensentated. Completely untrue. Even after showing her the bank statement of the first over charge, still nothing was done. I gave them ample oppurtunity to right their wrongs done but now I am a little aggrevated. I guess I will report these incidents to the B.B.B. and find a new shop to make my purchases at. Very sad since I prefer to deal with small businesses. read more
