The girl who worked 9/18 hates her job & is extremely rude and not welcoming. First off had to wait a few minutes because the front door was locked?? Once I got in she did not greet me just said "what do you want" I laughed and said hello in which she responded "what do you want" again. I was so appalled I walked out as she proceeded to call me a bitch and said yeah get out of here. Hands down, one of the best smoke and vape shop around. Very nice set up. I'm usually partial to one shop and it's further away. I believe if you don't know what your getting into and would like info about a product, RedRum is the place to go. Anyone can sell a product, but when the employees go out of their way to explain how something is used or how it works, it makes you feel like coming back. The employees t take their time to explain how a product is used or go out of their way to ask what my interest were so they could better serve their me. Some things can be very confusing, but they make you want to come back for their products. Plus, hands down, prices are amazing, they have so much, you can't just walk in and walk out. Best part, I don't have to drive far to get a wonderful experience any longer. Thanks!!! read more

Worst customer service...to the point is was sort of comical. First visit to this place, I walk in, look around for a few seconds until I see a guy behind the counter in the back just staring at me. I said hello, then he did, asked him how he was doing and he said he was just waiting for me to tell him what I needed I guess it's a bit much to actually greet a customer when they come in and spend $50 in your store. read more

Been here NUMEROUS times. Love it. But, I give it 3 because I've only met 1 friendly staff member. To me in a shop like this, the staff members need to be talkative and friendly if you want people to buy their products in store. I'm still a customer just because I really love everything else about the shop. Very clean, nice setup, good vibe and aesthetic. I'm also not a fan of this shops owner/manager. He overpriced me items I get cheaper anywhere else, including his own shop. Wish the staff was better. read more
