Anyone can sell a product, but when the employees go out of their way to explain how something is used or how it works, it makes you feel like coming back. The employees t take their time to explain how a product is used or go out of their way to ask what my interest were so they could better serve their me. Some things can be very confusing, but they make you want to come back for their products. Plus, hands down, prices are amazing, they have so much, you can't just walk in and walk out.
