Now I am going to take my business elsewhere if the current issue with my phone isn't resolved. My phone had what I believed to be some water damage. I brought it in and the manager said it needed a new motherboard (after running diagnostics), so I said okay lets fix the phone. He told me it would be fixed in a weeks time. So, I decided to purchase a new phone because I couldn't go a week without the phone. Purchased a new phone, went home, boyfriend surprised me with a temporary phone. Went back, returned the phone and paid the stocking fee even though I cleaned the phone out, and told the manager to go ahead and start fixing the phone. Cost $120.00 for repairs and another $100.00 for restocking fees. $220.00 I have already paid (plus the phone being replaced I purchased from them in the spring) A week later I receive a call saying that I need to pay an additional $120.00 because there is damage to the screen and they need to replace the screen and oh yea, they also broke it further so there are more damages that need to be done beyond the screen being fixed. I explained that since they broke the phone that they needed to fix this for free, and although the girl I spoke to agreed with me, the MANAGER didn't. He said that although they broke the phone further, I still need to pay the $120.00 WHAT THE HELL. Why would I PAY for their mistakes? They ran diagnostics prior, told me the problem was one thing, and then broke it further and want ME to pay for their mistakes? When I refused they said I could pick up the phone and receive a full refund or I could pay an additional 20.00 for them to run another diagnostic test?! What? I said how about you keep the $120.00 and just fix my phone. The girl again agreed, talked to the manager, and he wouldn't budge. Now if I go pick up my phone it will be damaged beyond repair BY THE COMPANY and they WONT FIX it?! I am really hoping the owner of the store sees this because this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and like I said I have been coming here years and telling people to come here and I am seriously about to tell everyone to stop coming here and start going a few blocks down the street to the other cell phone repair shop where they also sell phones too for EVEN LESS.

There was a huge crack in the middle of a screen, making the touchpad unusable. I brought my own screen, bought from asus website but I was told that in this case the repairs won't be covered. And for a screen from their screen I have to wait. That's alright I thought. Two days later, got a call saying the part has arrived. They fixed pretty quick, no issues here. Bringing laptop home I realized the bezel is not afixed correctly, there are lots of glue all over the screen and small crack in the corner. Not sure if it happened when I opened the laptop or they gave it like this to me. Brought it back. And that's where the circus begun. "Screen functioning with no issues so we can only refund the labor" - their words. So not only the new "broken" screen is never been covered, the broken bezel is not covered as well. Reporting it to BBB and claiming chargeback from the bank.

I took it to IWireless (can't remember whether it was a Thursday or Friday) he said he would order a screen and have it ready by Monday at 3. I called after 3 and he said it would be ready in a few hours so got there around 8 pm. He was nice enough to loan me a phone so I could download contacts and make calls so I thought "what a nice guy." On Thursday the same week, I was waiting for an uber and sitting on the curb and dropped the phone again. It was about a 3 inch fall at most and the screen had a very large shatter at the bottom and immediately went to half black screen with colored lines. I figured they must have a warranty, so I took it back Friday only to find him, shaking his head, and saying there was nothing he could do. Since I have had that phone 4 years, dropped it before from much further and it had not cracked until I took it there the first time, I can only assume that it was the cheapest possible screen. I only reflected on them not offering a warranty after going to Geek Squad where they were shocked and mentioned that all repair shops offer some sort of warranty. So all I can say is the "nice guy" was not such a nice guy after all. Buyer Beware. I would never take a phone back there and expect a quality fix. Buyer Beware.
