A lot of other technicians in the area did not perform the micro soldering job or charged significantly more than Jay's quote. I decided to have Jay replace a broken screen on another iPad Air 2 I had as well after the initial repair. His quote was again reasonable and I trust his work to be top notch. When I arrived at the store, I was there for no more than three minutes before the manager, Abdul, told me there was nothing they could do and brushed me off. He took my phone to the back of the store, removed my screen protector, and ultimately provided no assistance or solution. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had in a retail store. Whether he was ready to leave for the day or simply did not want to help, that is not an acceptable way to treat a customer. I believe this location needs to reevaluate its customer service standards and provide additional training to its employees. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
