Friendly gentleman at the desk accommodated my request and he looked at it and assured me that it was just a protector that's broken. $15 for a 2 minute fix. That was great! He even threw in a free flexible screen protector since my old one is old and has some "leak" spots already. Assessed and installed in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

Tired of waiting I walked over here for a quick change up. Thank god for the protection plan with this phone. I have dropped it more times than any other phone and cracked the screen protector. What is irritating is that if you purchased their brand screen protector before and had the protection plan they would replace it for free. Now, they charge you $10 for each time you happen to drop your phone. With this visit, they have earned an extra $50 off me since I got the phone a year ago. It was the start of they day for them and I walked in shortly after opening. I was the only one in here and you can tell this is basically a brand new store. The sole employee in here greeted me immediately and asked what I needed. With that, I told him I needed a screen protector replacement, model of my phone and we were off and running. He grabbed the item and started multitasking. He was getting my phone ready and taking payment at the same time. Within five minutes it was replaced and I was on my way. Pretty fast service, but you have to remember, I was the first person in here for the day.

I had done…read moreall the things on the internet: cleaned port with tooth pic/ tooth brush, tried different cables and power blocks including my 60w MacBook charger, , and hard reset. Still unable to charge iPad Pro. The technician plugged in his charge port diagnostic device and showed it was normal. And had current draw. The iPad was able to charge using his cables and power blocks. No fee was charged for that service. Service was quick and friendly. I still got home and was unable to charge my iPad Pro with my existing blocks, but using one of the same cables it seems to charge when connected to my MacBook. So maybe it has something to do with software communication or the usb c controller
