Friendly gentleman at the desk accommodated my request and he looked at it and assured me that it was just a protector that's broken. $15 for a 2 minute fix. That was great! Mohammed fixed it quickly and for a good price but for some odd reason, the phone just did not work with any 3rd party screens. Mohammed spent a lot of his time trying to get it to work, but I brought it to Apple and we figured out that only the original screen would work. So he put the original back on and fully refunded me even though he spent considerable time trying to fix the phone. 5 stars for doing the right thing and helping me figure out the best course of action for my phone.

I had smartfix repair my iPhone 7 Plus screen. Ever since My screen has been acting sporadic & at…read moretimes unresponsive to touch. I've gone back about three times now each time getting a new replacement because of how bad it's functioning. The gentleman at the stand basically told me if my screen started acting up again that my phone is at fault and that I basically need to get a new one. But the issue is that even though I had a cracked screen before of all this my phone still functioned properly no issues. I'm sort of regretting paying for this service as it seems that I'll probably have to pay for another service to fix it properly and I probably won't get my money back. Update: Currently still have the same screen on my iPhone it glitches and skips touches at times but I have to live with it cause I'm not paying to repair my screen again with new iPhones coming soon. Today my screen randomly cracked... I haven't dropped it, I haven't done any physical damage to it. I tried to contact the store originally when I made this review and left a voicemail, sad to say I haven't gotten a response at all and this company claims to be one of the best iPhone repair services in the area. I'm here to tell you don't waste your money on SmartFix they seem like reputable business with multiple stores but they are owned privately and don't handle their fuck ups, and would rather give you crappy parts and then blame your phone as the issue. Don't get scammed by these rats......
