Not only are my antennas working, but the wires are much neater than before - they are hidden in the shadows of my vinyl siding. A+ again!

They followed through on the lower rate but never sent the gift card. When I tried to follow up about the gift card 6 months later, it was 40-minutes of a painful back-and-forth of verifications, sending me over to a different department, not having records of a previous interaction, etc. All the while being unable to read the room and trying to upsell me multiple times with offers on mobile lines. Enjoyed the cheap wifi. And it was reliable. But not worth the pain of having to contact their customer support. Update: they did finally send the $200 Visa card. Every few months they played games with pricing, would increase it by $5 just to see if you noticed, if not a couple months later it cost $10 more, and they would keep doing it until you called. Best part: when I cancelled service they didn't bill my credit card for the last invoice, no email, no mail, and 1.5 years later it shows up as a collection on my credit report. I paid them when I found out, but it could've been solved with an email - didn't need to get collections involved. Yet, they still send me a marketing post card every week to ask for us back.
