The process of buying phone was quick once we have selected the phones we like. The phones we like are not readily available and we needed to order it. Just a few days the phones came in and we were ready for them to swap our old phones to the new ones. Unfortunately, to no fault of the AT&T Rep, one of our phones wasn't delivered and for some odd reason was returned. Mike took charge and took care of us in getting a new one. He got on the phone and started tracking down and getting us set to make sure we get squared away. In the end we got our phone situated and the new one will be coming soon in a few days. It was a Sunday when we were first there and about 10 minutes before closing, he started getting really short with us and pushing us out of the store. I wasn't real thrilled with that. But, he gave me his cell phone number and told me to call with any questions. I definitely had more questions, so a couple of days later, I gave him a call and he didn't answer. He did immediately send me a text asking who I was. I texted back and told him. He sent me a text back saying he didn't answer his phone unless he knew who was calling him. Ummm?! What?! I even said there's nobody in here obviously that's why and he said it was because it was summer. I said it's May. He just went in the back and continued on his phone playing video games. I am seriously considering leaving AT&T altogether because of over the years having so many problems every single time.
