In Mississippi T-Mobile service is not good for when you're outside of the city limits. But that's not the problem. The problem is that yesterday Saturday (July the 10th) around 6-7 I went to go pay my sprint bill which is roughly about $410. This was just after work, and I know I'm dirty and all because I work in construction and it had rain. So I go in to try to pay my bill. There was 2 girls there sitting and just particularly doing nothing. One of the girls leaves and the one with the orange hair stays and seams unreluctant to attend me. She asks me if I'm paying cash or with card? I told her cash. She checks the iPad and starts saying that they can't accept cash. She hardly seamed that she wanted to get up and attend me a paying customer. With a voice of dread she was saying that they can't accept my cash payment.I don't know what's up, but it is not professional the manner that she was conducting her self. I don't have problem with the establishment, or any other employees. Just this one time when someone was not making the effort to do their work properly.

I had amazing service from the T-Mobile team here on County Line Road in Jackson, MS on 02/13. The…read moremanager, Francis, and her team members Justice and London were super knowledgeable, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process of transferring my number over from AT&T to T-Mobile, starting me with new services, and setting up my iPhone. They told me all about the plans available, services offered, products, discounts, billing etc. everything one would want to know when transferring to a new company. The only downside was the store's location. It's kind of ducked off/pushed back from the other buildings next to it so I passed it the first two times.

The staff was very helpful and able to have a great conversation while waiting for the transferring process. I also bought a phone case and screen protector with her recommendation and told me to keep cases and receipt for lifetime warranty for the accessories. Service was quick and not rushed at all thanks to the full staffing helping customers that are not in line waiting long. Thank you Verizon of Madison for the helpful service!

Do not waste your time or your business here at Mobile clinic. I came and got my phone fixed not…read moreeven two weeks ago. within that time, my phone had managed to completely stop working and go completely black. The vibrate when I would get a message would vibrate the whole phone, super loud to the point where it rattled as if the screen was loose. I summed it up to the screen protector (which he put on for me.) Until my entire phone screen went green and then about 5 minutes later completely black to where I can't use the phone at all. After some research i found out why. "Apple historically uses software locks and "parts pairing" checks that could disable or "brick" devices if unauthorized third party components were detected." I came in today hoping for some help, and he blamed the problems on me saying I needed to come in before the phone was broken... kinda hard to do that when the phone got broken here. The least he could've done was offer some kind of deal, even 25$ off, to still give the business I give them some credit, but now hes lost another costumer. Looking at how busy this place is (it's not) and the 2.4 stars that it has already, i probably should've known not to waste my time. Thank you mobile clinic for wasting my time and money. ordering an entire new iPhone now because you bricked my phone
