CPR Cell Phone Repair Jackson - Fixed like new! - Electronics Repair Near Me - Jackson, Mississippi

I had a phone battery replaced there once with a new one. It was a good price and good experience, so I gave them a shot to replace the hard drive in my wife's laptop when I saw a coupon for faculty members at local schools and tied to classes moving online due to the coronavirus. (My wife and I are both faculty members at a local community college). A screenshot of the coupon is posted here in this review. I was quite dismayed to be told at the desk that not all emails this business' corporate entity sends out are actually honored at the individual stores. This was despite a brief phone conversation with Employee A telling me it would be honored. In short, they're not talking care of the customers at all if a self-described manager (Employee B, in this case) talks to a customer as if they're an idiot and makes it their problem that the store and corporate don't see eye-to-eye on the topic. Employee B tried to turn his back on me at the counter, which wasn't a smart thing to do for other reasons, but I persisted. All coupons should be honored at all locations, else they shouldn't be emailed to people on their email list. Bottom line! They get three stars here simply because they beat Best Buy's price on the hard drive replacement. Still, and sadly, it's one of those small businesses where your level of customer service will depend mightily on which employee(s) you happen to deal with. And, apparently, how corporate and the individual stores feel about each other at any given time. read more

CPR Cell Phone Repair Jackson - Coupon for local faculty that wasn't honored, despite the global pandemic. - Electronics Repair Near Me - Jackson, Mississippi

Terrible customer service. I took a iPhone with a cracked screen got back a non working cell phone. It had a crack in the back bent and a crack on the side. They stated the touch on the motherboard went out. read more

I've had to use CPR twice for my iPad and both times they have provided me with excellent service and polite customer care. Can not recommend them more highly. read more

Dropped off a cellphone to which I was quoted one price. Returned to pick up said cellphone, totally different price ($60 more in fact). Technician claimed that in lieu of the cracked screen that needed to be replaced, another part needed to be replaced; however, not once was did anyone call to inform me that there was to be additional services done to my phone. The tech who was there when I returned for my phone was extremely nonchalant about the fact that no one had contacted me about an additional charge. Do yourself a favor and go to another repair service in the area, you've been warned. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They never answered the phone when I called, or called me back if they said they would. The only communication I had was when I went by the store to talk to someone since no one would answer the phone. I'm not sure if their organization skills are bad or what. They told me they'd fix my Xbox but then never gave it back to me. I had an Xbox 360 that had the red ring of death so I dropped it off in Dec of 2019. //2019// mind you. They told me they could fix it but they had to order a part from China that would take a month or so to come in. I didn't hear from them for like 2 months so I called a few times but no one ever answered. So I had to go by the store and I was told "they took my phone number down wrong" and had tried to contact me. We made sure they had my correct number and they said they'd call me. But then Covid happened and I wasn't sure how long they were shut down so I gave them a ton of time. But when I called again a few months later, no answer again. I waited another month or so then went back again and this was probably in Nov of 2020. When I asked for an update, they told me they had taken it apart in the back and were working on it and would call me back in a few weeks. Shocker: they never called me back. I tried calling them a few times at the start of 2021 but finally called it quits. There is no excuse, not even Covid, for why it should take anybody this long to fix an Xbox. If they couldn't or didn't want to fix it, I wish they would have just told me so I could have taken it somewhere else. I gave up and bought an Xbox 1. I just wanted to replay Red Dead read more

If you are having issues with your phone, computer, or gaming machine, be sure to talk to the professionals at CPR. They have helped me out on more than one occasion with my Android and my MacBook. They are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and provide a low-cost alternative to the Apple Store or your cellular provider. They were able to diagnose my issues and repair my devices when I was told that I would simply have to replace them by other places. I highly recommend you call or stop by with your broken or damaged electronics before you purchase a new device. They have saved me hundreds! Excellent customer service!!! read more

In and out in 15 minutes, tops. Super nice staff. My phone screen was broken so bad and the vibrator didn't work anymore either. They thought the vibrator needed a new motor but found out that it was related to screen, and they didn't charge me for a motor it didn't need. I was glad to see they weren't just in it to make money. Will go back if the unfortunate case arises of me needing a new screen again. $107 for iPhone 6. Check in on Yelp for 10% off! read more

They fix my iPhone screen really fast and did a great job. The price wasn't too bad. Whenever I need my phone fixed again I will be back.

My phone was never the same after getting the screen replaced here. I am livid. Terrible quality for a terribly expensive price

These guys are great. Replaced my battery in a iPad Pro without a hitch. Every where else I talked to gave me excuses and very little confidence but CPR got the job done. With the current big box service it's refreshing to find someone who really appreciates your business. You can not go wrong with CPR. read more

Incredible! I dropped my laptop, and it wouldn't turn on. They fixed it in under 5 minutes. Super friendly and great at what they do. Very thankful for their service! read more

Good for minimal phone repairs. Awful customer service from Kevin on several occasions, for that reason, I do not recommend this business.

1st time to ever use a cell phone repair service. Great experience, fast turn around, good value and the IPhone lives again.

In town on business and I thought my phone was dead for good the damage was so bad. They had me up and running in less than an hour! Fast, friendly and efficient. Price seemed a little high but I guess thats the running rate, I didn't have time to shop around. Five stars on service and efficiency no doubt. read more

This is an outstanding business. I took in a computer I'd given up for dead and they brought it to life. They understand technology and understand how stressed-out people get when the tech doesn't work. Everybody with broken devices has choices--you can put yourself at the mercy of the manufacturer or go here. Go here. read more
