They can't help you with your bill, pay your bill, do returns, troubleshoot anything on your phone line. They are useless unless you only want to purchase a new phone. Do not bother going there. I encourage you all message At&t by asking them to implement a "real At&t" store *associates words* at this location.

Horrible experience at the Pearl store with Montel Walters. Refuse to wait on us. Let three people…read morego ahead then got really nasty when I protested. No phones on site. Even though I had told him when we came in we needed to look at the actual phone, (otherwise I could have ordered on line), an hour later finally brought out some boxes but refused to let us look at the phone unless we activated it, refuse to honor my contract rate, refused to honor my two year upgrade. When I finally said, Are you kidding me? he threw us out. Told us to leave his store, that we had cut in front of people, that he didn't give a sh*t if we filed a complaint, grabbed his card and shoved in my face and said, "Go ahead." Just awful. Really and truly the worst experience I have ever had in a retail environment. When I went to the store in Flowood (where I recommend you go- Corporate store means accountability) I found out this isn't an actual ATT store. They are an "authorized retailer." which is how he knew he could get away with treating customers that way. He is the manager.
