The service has deteriorated to the point I can hardly use my phone at times. I could sit it my office and had full service. Now I often have to go outside to use my phone. At home I can't send text messages sometimes. Don't get me wrong they have great people working in the T-Mobile stores. They are awesome and try to help. However the "working on the tower excuse" is getting old. I thought it was my phone but I have to associates that have T-Mobile and have the same service issues. I am at the point where I am ready to cancel my service after over 20 years.

I was quite dismayed to be told at the desk that not all emails this business' corporate entity sends out are actually honored at the individual stores. This was despite a brief phone conversation with Employee A telling me it would be honored. In short, they're not talking care of the customers at all if a self-described manager (Employee B, in this case) talks to a customer as if they're an idiot and makes it their problem that the store and corporate don't see eye-to-eye on the topic. Employee B tried to turn his back on me at the counter, which wasn't a smart thing to do for other reasons, but I persisted. All coupons should be honored at all locations, else they shouldn't be emailed to people on their email list. Bottom line! They get three stars here simply because they beat Best Buy's price on the hard drive replacement. Still, and sadly, it's one of those small businesses where your level of customer service will depend mightily on which employee(s) you happen to deal with. And, apparently, how corporate and the individual stores feel about each other at any given time.

The staff was very helpful and able to have a great conversation while waiting for the transferring process. I also bought a phone case and screen protector with her recommendation and told me to keep cases and receipt for lifetime warranty for the accessories.
