Cricket Wireless / Management Service an their at time of policy…read more 105 Ride Way Ste B Flowood, MS 39232, United States Add a Comment I made a purchase of the cell phone and switched my service on Monday May 06, 2019@ 5:10 p.m. CST. On Saturday May 11, 2019 I plugged in the headphones and it will not connect to hear anything. So on Sunday being Mother's Day I didn't got to the store location to switch the phone I preferred to spend that time with my mother. Knowing that I have 7 days to switch it, I called the store when I got off work on Monday May 13, 2019 @5:00 p.m. I was then told by the rep/store manager Amber S that sold me the phone that I had 7 days. Because I made my purchase at 5:10 and it is 5:23 I am over my 7 days time frame. So then I called the 611 as she stated I will have to do because her manager stated they will not switch the phone out because I am after the 7 day. That is the most dumbest shit I have ever heard of that if it is at the time on the receipt it is then 7 days. Calling the 611 I spoke with Carla, Chris, and Justin all of no help to get the phone issues resolved. I was told by Amber S the store manager that they will send me another phone and I will not be without which was a lie. Customer care service department told me I will have to take it the UPS store they will look at and then I will get the like new one in 2 days. I was also told that I can go buy a new at the full price and then send back this phone and they will give me the value of it on a returned used phone. So that is telling me from the start that it is all Bullcrap. If I would have know that I was going to go through all of this to save 20.00 a month I would have stayed with y previous company. I would not recommend anyone to switch to cricket due to the poor service they provide, the lies, the made up rules. As I opened this site to place my complaint I noticed that there is 473 complaints and 0 are showing resolved. This is a load of unprofessional service and assistance from the store all the way up to the top of the chain. When I made the call to the customer care department they advised that the store giving the information that the 7 day is from the time of your receipt purchase is the most stupid thing that they have heard of also and that the store is not linked with them at the customer care service for they should have made it as of the end of business day. But the store manager stated that it is from the time of purchase. I will be going back to my old provider due to the lack of professionalism and their own made up rules.

We recently ordered their home internet service for rural areas. They advertised super fast speeds…read moreand the locator showed us to be in prime area. Sadly this wasn't the case, we got maybe 1-1.5Mb speeds on good days. We had taken advantage of the 15 day "free" trial in case the speeds weren't up to their claims. 14 days in and we had packed up the equipment and returned it to the store. Which is what it said to do on the paperwork. The store used a different playbook and wouldn't take it. They said it had to be shipped back and emailed me the instructions/return label to print off at home. We printed them off and again this set of instructions it said to return to the nearest store but we knew that wouldn't work. We dropped it off at UPS and waited. We got an email with the tracking information and it read that we'd get another email once it was received. About a week or so later that email came and all was well with the universe..... Another week passes by and we get a bill in the mail for $55 for one months of service. First we only had it for 14 days and we signed up under the 15 day free trial. Well we thought we had, apparently the employee didn't listen to me or whatever and now I was going to have to call the 800 number. UGH Luckily the guy on the other end removed the charge for the account, although they showed we owed $22 ??? He also implied that he was doing us a favor by deleting the charges. Didn't argue and we are just glad the ordeal is over. AT&T will be out Thursday to connect out internet. Moral of the story(review) make sure they know what you are signing up for and doublecheck everything.

I'm one of the weird people that can't get more than two feet from my phone without going into a panic attack. The screen was shattered so badly that I could barely see anything. After the hubby got me calmed down, he had me call AT&T while he was driving to find out if I could get a new one once we got to Mississippi since we have 904 area codes. Turns out that I could, but the catch was, since we had a different area code, we'd have to go to a corporate store and thankfully, this is a corporate store. When we got to Mississippi, the store was already closed, but I still wouldn't have went there first because my daughter had just given birth to my second grandchild, Annabelle Marie, while we were on the way to MS. Darnit, we didn't quite made it on time.... Annabelle was ready to make her appearance. So, we went straight to the hospital. The next morning, before we went to the hospital, we went to this AT&T store. We got there just as they opened and luckily didn't have to wait since we had gotten there so early. Hubby and I were both due for upgrades, so we upgraded to the new iPhone 6 Pluses. We were in and out of there in 15 minutes. The girl helping us (why oh why don't I get names) was really sweet and understood that we were in a big hurry because we had to get back to the hospital. I'm still amazed that she was able to get everything done in such a short amount of time and with a smile on her face. We both walked out of the store with our same Jacksonville, FL area codes and our new iPhones with all of our information successfully transferred from our old phones. Highly, highly recommend this AT&T store, which is why I felt the need to update my review and give them 5 stars rather than the 4 stars I had previously given. Simply couldn't have asked for better service!
