Fleet feet was full of people buying shoes on the Saturday I was there…read more I have had Hokas in the past that seemed to help my foot pain. I went in looking for more of a custom fit from a experienced salesperson, what I got was the first available person who appeared to know nothing about attempting to custom fit and was merely a shoe clerk. A virtual Al Bundy! I was desperate and bought more hokas but they aren't the same. And the price was anything but reasonable. I will not ever go back in Fleet Feet, might as well go to Academy, considering the level of service.

Copied from the message sent via their website and Facebook page:…read more To Whom It May Concern, Today marks the third attempt that I have made to sell items to your Ridgeland location. Upon the first, my wife and I brought items at 4:45pm, well within business hours, only to be told that they stopped taking items at 4:30pm. The notice on the door clearly states that items will be accepted on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 10:00am-5:00pm. On the second attempt, I was informed that they only allow for one container per person per day, which is nowhere stated on the website, Facebook page, or poster out front. That day I was able to sell 10 items for a total of $34, which is a messily $3.40 per item. For our third visit, on a Saturday, my wife and I brought two containers at 11:00am only to be told they are not accepting items and to come back on a Tuesday or Thursday. It seems like every time I have come to your store that I am given contradictory information than the one explicitly stated on the front door. In my opinion, this is simply bad business practices and is disrespectful of people's time and a waste of gas, as we live in Brandon and have made special trips to complete what should have been an easy task. Needless to say, we will not be coming back to your store unless we can be assured that this issue will be rectified. I sincerely hope other customers have had a better experience than our own. Thank you for your time.
