I did not end up buying a dress here because all dresses are pretty expensive, around $350-1,000 range. They had lovely dresses that looked fit for a princess, if only they had been rent and not purchase only. I did really love several dresses, and I'd recommend this store if you have a higher budget than what I had (I was trying not to spend over $250)

Shirt neck 1.5" too small. No biggie-the correct size came in, in time for our event. Sign on there door shows store hours "closed on Tuesday". Guess what day the tux was due back...Tuesday. With zero special signage displayed on door to bring at a specific time, my son's father attempted to return on Tuesday. Once reading the store hours , he went back on Wednesday. Guess who was fined $50 for being late. Yup. And they don't care about your future business bc she required her $50 and wouldn't give it back. Soooooo this mama who LOVES to dress up in evening gowns for special fundraisers, will never buy a dress from them nor will I ever rent a tux from them again. See ya rude female owner. Go get your nails done, hun. Ya need it.

I found that the employees were very knowledgeable about the current trends. They had a great selection there and I love the fact that the bags have their own unique look versus other designers. I was able to find a handbag that I can use in my collection. Unfortunately it was not on sale like the other ones because it came from me section of the store that was labeled as retail purses meaning that it came from the Michael Kors retail store. However I was able to get it at a decent price. Overall I had a great experience in the store and I will highly recommend it to anyone who is in the area.

As we were checking out, she complained about everything she had to do. How she was "too tired", didn't feel like walking to get the manger when we requested to return something, complained about the phone ringing, etc. The manger himself was not wanting to help us either regarding out return. He told us that we "misunderstood" the other manager we had talked to on the phone weeks before (which we didn't). Overall, it just wasn't a good experience and I would have expected differently from a high-end store

On October 12 I received an email stating that my order had been shipped. However, when I checked the USPS tracking number, it showed no valid tracking information. On October 21, I contacted the merchant by email to report that the tracking was not working and that USPS showed no shipment received. I never received any reply. I want to clearly state: I never received the item. Because there was no response and no visible shipment activity, I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Only then did the merchant respond to the card issuer, claiming shipment and delivery based on tracking history. But the USPS public tracking page shows "Tracking Not Available," and the shipment record appears inconsistent -- showing pre-shipment in October but USPS movement only starting around December 19. From a customer perspective, this is unacceptable: * Marked as shipped when USPS had not received the item * Tracking not working or unavailable to the customer * No response to my support email * Confusing and conflicting tracking history * No proactive communication * Item never delivered * I had to open a credit card dispute just to get attention Based on my experience, buyers should be extremely cautious. I did not receive my order, did not receive proper customer service, and did not receive transparent or accurate shipping information. I strongly recommend staying away and purchasing from a more reliable merchant.

MAKE IT FAIR FOR EVERYONE. Without Quincy, Steve, Tasha and the nice lady that answers the phone in the office you wouldn't have a business because the cashiers would kill off your business in less than 30 days. The Lord has blesses you with free stuff to help the people and BE A BLESSING TO THE COMMUNITY. You are not a retail store, you are a bargain store... but your junk is HIGHER THAN RETAIL. Most charity thrift shops are 501C tax exempt taking in free donations. If ROSS, WALMART & DOLLAR TREE sell vases from 1.25 and up, why would you sell vases used, out of the trash boxes in the back at $5 and up? Nobody shops here for retail prices. You would make more money consistently by doing buggy or bundle sales, offering 20 items for $30, 30 items for $40 you would move the stuff out of your junk store faster that way then trying to rob the people at the register with high prices. There are many resellers in this state that shop stores like this to get cheap merchandise to supplement their income, or local artist like myself looking for things to redo or recycle... I'm not looking for expensive TRASH to make art with. The thrift store a half a mile away have prices posted and sell all clothing items under $5, lamps under $6 shoes $4, books .50, while you gouge. A few of the ladies that work the register are rude and they get pleasure out of quoting ridiculous prices for junk. But they are stabbing your business to it's death. A woman tried to charge me $10 for a sweater and $7 for some cup saucers, I told her to keep the stuff. What she was trying to charge me for a few things others get for a whole cart. BUT WHEN I CHECKED THE BILL ON THE ITEMS THAT I DID GET - SHE HAD OVERCHARGED ME $5 - I have been over charged several times in this place - what she stole from me she actually stole from the LORD who gave it to me, the LORD rebuke her. Another time I was there I had 3 thin paperback children's books and I was charged $1 a book, it should have been 3 for $1. THIS IS SHAMEFUL. May the Lord turn the tables over on this place. I pray that you will stop price gouging and ripping people off in the name of charity.
