Service is great and I told them exactly what I wanted and they got them and we were out in 15 mins

Fleet feet was full of people buying shoes on the Saturday I was there. I have had Hokas in the past that seemed to help my foot pain. I went in looking for more of a custom fit from a experienced salesperson, what I got was the first available person who appeared to know nothing about attempting to custom fit and was merely a shoe clerk. A virtual Al Bundy! I was desperate and bought more hokas but they aren't the same. And the price was anything but reasonable. I will not ever go back in Fleet Feet, might as well go to Academy, considering the level of service. read more

All around great running services and products! As all runners know, footwear is sacred... and all women runners know, so is the sports bra. Fleet Feet has great selections of specialty running shoes and specialty sports bras, both of which the staff sizes to find the perfect fit for you personally. I find all of the staff very helpful and knowledgable. For that, I am a constant repeat customer. On a side note, I have also participated in their No Boundaries 5 mile training program in Fall 2013. It was so well organized and well-worth the money, in my opinion. The coaches are very supportive and encouraging. I enjoyed the program fully and it gave me the motivation to continue to grow as a runner. read more

I was in need of new running shoes and Fleet Feet is very close where I live. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted with a smile, and asked if I needed help. Customer service is very important to me, and the team there was amazing at it. Pete fitted me with a new pair of Mizuno and 2 others. He was very knowledgeable, and even threw in a few stride pointers for free. I highly recommend! read more

Love, love, love (a million times over) this specific Fleet Feet. Whole Foods, LiveRightNow, St. Andrew's and Fleet Feet were the reasons we moved from NYC to Jackson. I had extremely high expectations for all, and 3/4 have lived up (Whole Foods is on its way to opening up)! Its aesthetic is fresh, clean, simple, not overdone and smells soooo good when you walk in. I don't even need to look at their selections; their scent just smells like quality high tech running clothes. Moving to the shoes. The have a great selection; various brands and running shoe types to suit every runner. They are on top of their technology. Of course, as any quality running store has, Fleet Feet of Ridgeland analyzes your gait so you can get the best shoe for you. They have running groups (my favorite part), marathon and other distance training for running virgins to pretty advanced jack rabbits. They advantage of the amazing trails nearby and help to maintain them. The coaches are great; not nearly as intense as some of the New York City Road Runners, but they have great programs to inspire a great future race. Overall, a magical energy of the running breed (you know the type if you are a runner). Great staff all around. No noses up in their, no snobbery, just fun! read more

Fleet Feet offers high quality products and their training programs are incredible! I was very skeptical of what o considered to be a high end shoe store. When I signed up for the No Boundaries beginning runner program I went in for a shoe fitting. I'm 45 years old and have never had a shoe fitting this comprehensive! They measured my bare feet sitting and standing, measured my arch, and ran a quick video of me walking on the treadmill to determine if I was a heel striker, neutral, or toe striker as well as pronation (angle the ankle bends causing you to favor the inner or outer foot). I hadn't even HEARD of most of this! Anyway, they found me the right shoes for the support I needed. They offer training programs for all stages from walking to marathons. I'm mainly an Internet shopper and I like deals. I have found (surprisingly) that their prices are just a small bit higher than online prices and I can walk out with it today. I also like supporting local businesses when I can. I would highly recommend FleetFeet! read more

This is my go to store when it comes to anything running related. I used to have numbness in my feet while running anything over a mile or so until I was properly fitted into a proper pair of shoes that meet my personal needs. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a good quality and fitting shoe to give Fleet Feet a shot. They have a great return policy and their staff are always helpful and happy to provide any pointers you may need (like a new way to tie your shoes if you have wider feet). I've also enjoyed trying different running/active apparel they carry (you really should try some TASC clothing). My wife is currently in a training program with Fleet Feet and she has enjoyed that aspect of the store as well. Venture in this store with confidence and enjoy a positive atmosphere filled with people that want to help you meet your goals (whatever they may be). read more

Davis was the most wonderful person to work with. She was kind, patient, and got us the best deal and shoe for us. She handled all three of us in a timely fashion, getting us everything we needed. I highly recommend this business for your shoe and sports wear needs! read more

Since I found Fleet Feet a few years ago, I haven't gone anywhere else. Knowledgeable and extremely friendly staff who take a personal interest in me keep me coming back. Their training programs are excellent. Programs for ALL levels with only encouragement; no judgment. I don't run, I walk. But these folks - staff, managers, and pacers - welcomed me into their half-marathon training program. Had a great time and met some really nice people. Even the pacers in the faster groups encouraged me and learned my name. They didn't care how fast I was, only that I was out there trying. read more

Love them! Always great service and great advice. Brad for big busted ladies even. I trust them completely. Got my shoes for the Komen 3-Day 60mile event and got sick advice that has been very helpful. Also have gotten great advice about fueling for my long walks and not just stuff they sell, but the types of real food I should try to eat. Good solid personal advice. I feel like they care about me as a person and not just as someone to make a sale to. read more

Great place and Leslie is an awesome owner. I've had trouble with my knees for 2 years and she was able to get me some inserts and a good fitting pair of shoes that have just about alleviated my problem. And she did it all on her day off when she just happened to be passing through the store and everyone else was busy. Such an incredibly nice person!! And the offer all kinds of free things like run groups, tips on conditioning and training, pub runs, and just about any info you could need for running. I will most definitely be back!! This is not their current address though. read more
