The provider patiently listened to me ramble on about some troubling side effects I was having from a prescription medication, and did not hesitate to discontinue it in order to try another avenue. Once I left, I had a situation regarding my health insurance and my prescription. Jennifer and Missy both worked to get it resolved, and Missy advocated for me the whole time, keeping me updated on the status. I cannot say enough good things about the ladies in this office.

They assured me my credit was forthcoming. It is now 9/27, no credit of my co-pay and no one answers the phone. Not even an option to leave a message anymore. I'll have to take the time to drive out there to get this resolved. What a lousy and horrible business this has turned into. STAY AWAY FROM THERE!!
