She stated that she was in but which was I closer to. I stated their Flowood was closer. It was then she asked me to please hold the that she would call the Flowood office and see if they had my item in the store. And less than 30 seconds she came back on the phone stating that the Flowood office did have the item I was in search of and she had instructed Anthony at the Flowood office to hold my item until I got there. It was with much thanks that I concluded my call with Tina I drove to the Flowood and upon entering I was greeted so . Warm and friendly. I asked for Anthony explaining that I was the individual that Tina had spoken with. Anthony retrieved the item I was in search of. He showed me how to hook the device up to my CPAP machine. Then he allowed me to hook it up by myself. Then I asked him about other items CPAP and they had those items as well. Anthony and I Went to his office where we were finalizing the purchase of my items. It was there that I met another employee, Kristen. Anthony was calculating the sale, Kristen and I discovered that we some of the same people in the town where I live. My interaction with all of these employees fit the name of a T. Hometown" medical. From the moment I stepped into the , I knew I was in the right place because of the friendliness, knowledge, skills, and . They don't even send a detail invoice with price breakdown. Just a bill based on what insurance does not pay. Want to speak to someone on the phone? Nope. If you do manage to get a person to answer the switchboard, they send you to someone's voicemail. If your doctor recommends this place, kindly suggest you will find your own supplier or ask for someone else. Save yourself some headaches. It's hard enough to adjust to a CPAP as it is. All they do is add stress.

The provider patiently listened to me ramble on about some troubling side effects I was having from a prescription medication, and did not hesitate to discontinue it in order to try another avenue. Once I left, I had a situation regarding my health insurance and my prescription. Jennifer and Missy both worked to get it resolved, and Missy advocated for me the whole time, keeping me updated on the status. I cannot say enough good things about the ladies in this office.

    My appointment was scheduled for 8am on 9/3. Arrived @ 7:50am. They didn't unlock the doors until…read morenearly 8:10am. They immediately took my co-pay. At 8:50am, and still the only one in the waiting room, I had to leave for another scheduled appt. I asked for a credit for my co-pay. They said they would have to do it later when the "computer came available". They're only open 6 1/2 hours a day Mon-Thu, but I did get someone to return my call last week. They assured me my credit was forthcoming. It is now 9/27, no credit of my co-pay and no one answers the phone. Not even an option to leave a message anymore. I'll have to take the time to drive out there to get this resolved. What a lousy and horrible business this has turned into. STAY AWAY FROM THERE!!
