I asked for Anthony explaining that I was the individual that Tina had spoken with. Anthony retrieved the item I was in search of. He showed me how to hook the device up to my CPAP machine. Then he allowed me to hook it up by myself. Then I asked him about other items CPAP and they had those items as well. Anthony and I Went to his office where we were finalizing the purchase of my items. It was there that I met another employee, Kristen. They suggested a similar style and had me try it on. It was too small. I couldn't open my mouth enough to breathe in it. I told them so. They said it was the largest size they had in stock. Bottom line, I have a CPAP machine I can't use. I've been billed a monthly rental fee by a company under a different name. I'm also getting weekly calls from a third company about ordering supplies. I've explained that I'm not using the machine because the mask does not fit. The company reps on the phone are of no help. Will return the machine and ask my pulmonologist to refer me elsewhere.
