I found that the employees were very knowledgeable about the current trends. They had a great selection there and I love the fact that the bags have their own unique look versus other designers. I was able to find a handbag that I can use in my collection. Unfortunately it was not on sale like the other ones because it came from me section of the store that was labeled as retail purses meaning that it came from the Michael Kors retail store. However I was able to get it at a decent price. Overall I had a great experience in the store and I will highly recommend it to anyone who is in the area.

I went into Micheal Kors today and was very disappointed with the customer service. The lady at the…read morefront passing out coupons was the only helpful one there which is why I gave this more than one star. The young girl at the register had a terrible attitude. As we were checking out, she complained about everything she had to do. How she was "too tired", didn't feel like walking to get the manger when we requested to return something, complained about the phone ringing, etc. The manger himself was not wanting to help us either regarding out return. He told us that we "misunderstood" the other manager we had talked to on the phone weeks before (which we didn't). Overall, it just wasn't a good experience and I would have expected differently from a high-end store

It's just across the street from Campbell's bakery, which was also surprisingly good, despite outward appearances. All the notebooks you could want, big, medium and pocket-sized; writing paper and pens, watercolor palettes, ink, calligraphy pens, and some men's cosmetic stuff, clothes, and other gift items. It's a bit pricey, about a third of the items don't have prices on them, and some pens and markers are dusty and dried up, but it was fun to walk around. It was so cool, I couldn't believe we were the only customers in the store. Maybe if they put a table outside with some notebooks on it, or put more shelves of colorful art products in the windows, people'd realize it's an art store. Join their mailing list for coupons!
