Just noticed my review was deleted. I guess they didn't want an honest review. There is no…read moreresolution after the delivery and discharge. What can be fixed if the nurses were rude and apathetic? I can be more specific if that's what's needed. I called the number and got voicemail. In hindsight, I was told fussed at for not walking after delivery but I was in so much pain. I was in so much because I was not receiving pain medicine because I didn't know I was supposed to ask for it. I couldn't lift my right leg and needed help and only after I mentioned to one of the baby nurses did she say why that may be and confirmed I had received and injection in that leg. I was severely anemic prior to delivery so I was already weak. Was given a regular diet after a c-section (my first) so that caused more pain and problems yet just about everyone made me feel like I was the problem. No one thought to step back and say let's fix this and see what's going on? Hopefully, some changes have been made.

It might help to tell people beforehand, perhaps during the virtual tours, that expectant parents…read moreshould not bother to install their car seat because they'll have to take it in the facility with them. NO ONE told my wife and I this beforehand. My wife is only here two weeks before the expected due date due to her blood pressure. Our car seat is stuck in place inside the vehicle and isn't coming out even if Batman and Superman collaborated on it. The overall rating of this visit will depend mightily on how much help we get over the next 24-36 hours. Update: the deal with the car seat ended up not being that big a deal. That said, I'm not sure why it was made into a big deal in the first place. The bellhop-types who helped us wheel our rack of possessions to the car -- with our newborn son in his mother's arms -- were nice and cordial. Nurse Cheryl and Roshell in the nursery department were excellent with us, as was the lactation adviser whose name escapes me. They're the reasons my rating is as high as it is. The checkout process was painfully slow like it is for everyone. Sometimes you have to help folk do their jobs faster, that's all. The customer is always king, not red tape!

While this location was the closest when I was visiting Jackson, it did have an appointment…read moreavailable the same day, while the other locations didn't (well, once I asked the receptionist to actually check the other locations). They take walk-ins in the AM and appointments in the afternoon. I had little to no wait for my appointment. IDid have to fill out paperwork when I arrived, but I wish this was something that I could do online and print out before my appointment versus having to sit in the waiting area and spend 10 minutes filling out paperwork. The nurse called me back and took my vitals. We are became a little irritated is the very questions that I was asked on the paperwork, she turned around and asked me to input electronically on their laptop. Please don't duplicate processes as it is not time efficient. If you're going to ask me stuff on the paperwork, then get the information off of the paperwork or just ask the patient when they come in versus the patient having to spend time filling out a necessary paperwork. Once my vitals were taken and she asked a few questions, the doctor came in to see me in a timely manner. I explained what was going on. The doctor listed and took additional vitals. The doctor asked if had questions (I said no) and prescribed medication. The doctor was extremely friendly and has a great bedside manner. I didn't feel like I was being rushed. The doctor took time to answer questions and asked if I had any further questions and told me don't hesitate to reach back out to them if something came up. The facility was clean and there was ample parking. I can honestly say that when I come back to visit, if I have to see an urgent care facility, I would probably lean towards this particular location versus any of the others due to my experience.

Absolutely horrible!! My first consultation I was left waiting for an extremely long time. Dr…read more Harris was not the friendliest but I tried to overlook that (my time is as valuable as theirs but that is completely ignored). Then he sent me to do another test which everything he told me was incorrect from how long it would take to the details of the procedure. Also, the cost was not disclosed and I started receiving invoices and was never provided billing quotes or estimates. I went through with the bulkamid procedure however again they would never provide me with an exact estimate and would only provide the information over the phone. I could never get anything in writing about the charges. I had to pay for all of the charges for Dr. Harris before the procedure and was told the only other charge would be the anesthesiologist. I received three telehealth phone calls which none of them were very long. Then I started receiving phone calls and various statements saying I owed for charges over $650 for the facility. Months after, I received statements showing charges for the telehealth visits which one was twice as much as the first because the nurse practitioner was not in my network (which was NEVER disclosed during the call). I paid for all of the charges except I'm still paying for the facility. I called the billing department and paid for the final telehealth visits July 2024. Now October 2024 I am receiving another statement for one of the telehealth calls (the non-network call). I called billing and told them I paid for all of these in July and the billing person said that I did not owe for anything else. This billing person told me I did not pay and when I ask for a complete copy of all of my charges, she only sent outline of charges for the three telehealth calls. I called the Flowood office and the only answer I received was you need to speak with billing. Again I asked for a complete copy of all of my records and everything they billed me for and the answer I got was: I don't know that we can do that because it was two different billing carriers. So if they can't tell me what they billed me then how do they know I did not pay? They were all very rude and it is beyond me how the patient is just supposed to keep paying without real documentation. I will NEVER go back to this place and do not recommend them. The same billing issues are happening with my daughter. They are not applying money she paid.
