Poor Service from the Start:…read more Was referred here by my pulmonologist. They asked me to pick out a mask. I picked out a style and they said they didn't have it in stock. They suggested a similar style and had me try it on. It was too small. I couldn't open my mouth enough to breathe in it. I told them so. They said it was the largest size they had in stock. Bottom line, I have a CPAP machine I can't use. I've been billed a monthly rental fee by a company under a different name. I'm also getting weekly calls from a third company about ordering supplies. I've explained that I'm not using the machine because the mask does not fit. The company reps on the phone are of no help. Will return the machine and ask my pulmonologist to refer me elsewhere.

I stopped at BLUE DOT without an appointment just hoping they could fix my machine or help me. NOT only did the help they sold me a CPAP machine and helped me get my prescriptions and all the paperwork promptly and quickly. EXCELLENT Service and Customer Service. Worked with me as if I was an long term customer. THIS PLACE IS GREAT!

Baptists' phone network is outdated and it is hard to get anything accomplished. The nurses are great. The nutritionist was absolutely wonderful. Everything else was meh.
