I always took care of my customers, doing my best to make them happy with 'customer' friendly policies. I recently bought a "basket of peaches" from Cockrell's Farmers Market and I came home with 5 bad peaches that had to be on the their "basket." I have always trusted the "basket" buying experience as the person that rings your order up does touch every item. I thought that if I ever bought some bad produce from them that they would stand behind their products. However, upon asking if they would replace the 5 bad peaches they said "No." These peaches were so damaged that they soaked the bottom of my Fridge Fruit Drawer and took a while to clean the mess up. I have learned my lesson and now pick a basket and then go thru each individual piece of fruit or vege to check to see if they are bad and if so, replace with an undamaged unit and setting the bad piece of fruit or vege to the side so that others will can determine for themselves if they want to buy it or not. I thought about taking my business to another local farmers market, but since Cockrells is only 2 miles from me, I have decided to stay based on the extra cost of gas and time taken. Overall I would give them a rating of 4 out of 5 for their products and 3 out of 5 for customer service (this ranking is based on all customer service expectations and not based off of 1 or 2 issues).

I was told about Little Willie's and checked them out. Cynthia was great to work with and answered my questions. She even was willing to let me sample some of the items to make sure that we would like them. After the service was over, the family arrived and all were pleasantly surprised with the meal. Hats off to Cynthia and Little Willie's Meats for the wonderful service. They evened delivered the food to where we were going to eat.

This particular location is new and I really love it because it's located inside with tables, chairs, and a/c. The other locations are just stands around town where you have to stand outside (often in a long line) to get your sno. It's also so hot in Mississippi that it often starts melting before you can even get back in your car. It's so nice to be able to stand inside the a/c here while placing your order, waiting for your sno, and then being able to sit down in the a/c and eat it. This stuff is not like a snow cone with hard, tiny bits of ice. It's really soft and airy; melts right in your mouth. It's so perfect on a hot day. There are so many flavours to choose from.... one may have a very difficult time making a decision. I always order the peach and have cream added to it. I've been ordering the same thing for years now and I never deviate. I'm sure if I lived in the area I'd switch it up every now and then and try something new; but, since I do not, I stick to my tried and true. It's also really cheap and won't break your wallet. I had a digital coupon for coffee that said "use up to 5 times with a purchase," but it wouldn't clip to my account. A newer employee called someone over to help, and the cashier told me I needed to buy five of them before it would work. When I explained what the coupon actually said, she just shrugged and said "I don't know," then called over a supervisor named Latasha and walked off. after waiting around 10 minutes for the supervisor Latasha showed up. She told me I needed to get off the store's Wi-Fi because "it sucks" and that's why the coupon wasn't working(I wasn't on the store wifi i was on my celluar data). Then she actually answered a phone call while I was still standing there, and kept saying it was my fault and needed to be off the wifi. This isn't the first time with this location the front end just doesn't care or is willing to help so I'll just not be shopping at the spillway location anymore.

Shame Willie B's because I have such a good review for a weekday lunch just 2 days ago.
