First off, this place looks cool. It has the whole retro thing going on. Bop's Frozen Custard kind…read moreof reminds me of a 1950's type diner and the staff was definitely friendly and professional. Looking at the menu, I saw what they called the Peanut Butter Mountain and being somewhat obsessed with ice cream and peanut butter, I went with this option. The Peanut Butter Mountain is vanilla custard, Reese's peanut butter cups, peanut butter sauce, and hot fudge. Let me say that this turned out to be an amazing choice and the price was definitely more than fair. A large version of this was under eight dollars. As I said, it is more than fair in terms of pricing and again, this was definitely an amazing dessert. Bop's Frozen Custard is a wonderful choice for a frozen treat and I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Once you're are in the drive-thru line you can't get out so prepare to wait…read more We waited in line for 30 minutes for us to get up to the window and order a concrete with Kit Kat to be told that they don't have Kit Kat. Kat Kat was listed on the menu and when I asked the young lady at the window if they were out of it or did they have all the other candies available, she said we don't have it. So we ordered two concrete with chocolate chips instead. Their menu says the concretes come with vanilla custard but they handed me chocolate. When I ask why they gave us chocolate instead, the girl swore up and don't that I told her chocolate custard. I wanted to spend my money at a local business but between the long line and argumentative employees, you're better off just going to sonic or some other chain ice cream shop.

Yummy Food Great Customer service…read more Very Clean The people were super nice. It was not crowded. There is a cute reading nook in the corner with a book shelf. I got a combo including the churro donut, Korean corn dog with hot Cheeto topping, strawberry mochi bomb, and a boba coffee. Mochi bomb = (super yummy) was this deep fried dough ball with a strawberry marshmallow-cream filling on the inside Boba coffee = (YUM) sweet but not too sweet and the container is super satisfying to open and drink from Churro donut = (not my style) not your typical donut texture, instead of fluffy/airy it's more dense/chewy/gooey Korean corn dog = (meh) I got the half mozzarella/ half hot dog. Apart from the hot Cheeto topping, it was decent. The hot Cheeto topping was not like what you would expect. Instead of being crunchy and crispy and dry, it was oily, crumbly and soft. Mouth feel was a -5/100. Overall, great experience. Just going to order what I liked best the next time I go. Also, this review is 100% unbiased. I have never met these people in my life and owe them nothing so do with that what you will.

Overall 3 Stars Located near the Char restaurant in building…read more/ suite 145, it was confusing when using the Yelp or Apple Map directions. Make sure to look for the Char restaurant as a reference. The bagel bakery is housed with other shopping, restaurants and businesses. I parked near Whole Foods which is the back part of the shopping center. Ambiance: 3 Stars As you walk in the bakery, the decor is modern with various paintings and artworks. There is plenty of tables, chairs and 3 large booths. At full capacity, the noise level will increase. The display of the bagel section is great however, it is hard to read the menu board due to the narrow ordering area. There are menus available if you can't read the menu display. Service:3 stars You are greeted by the staff and the ordering starts at the deli section. The ordering process is somewhat chaotic. It wasn't busy, but it seems the staff helping at the counter were scrambling more than they should have. They were pleasant and professional but somewhat slow when ordering a few items. Everything is freshly prepared and you are eating in line to pickup your order. This delays the line to move. Food: 3.5 Stars The freshness of the bagels, the various salads (chicken, tuna, or veggies) and condiments were crispy, moist and or succulent. I ordered the Egg, Meat and Cheese on an Everything Bagel 3.5 Stars. The patty sausage, cheese and egg were ok. The bagel was the STAR of the show. Slightly salty to balance the various seeds and onion. It was light, crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy inside. I added a few dashes of Louisiana Hot Sauce to enhance the flavor of the sandwich. Because of the freshness and the taste of the Everything bagel, I ordered the Baker's Dozen to bring home. I will update the review with comments from the family on the various bagels I bought Enjoy!
