The service advisor when on-line to find the nearest store that had the phone in stock. The Madison store had what we were looking for. Went to Madison store and was greeted as soon as I walk through the door by a very courteous service advisor and she proceeded to fill our order. The purchase process went smoothly. Once again my expectations were exceeded. It has always been a pleasure dealing with Cspire. I continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a cell service provider that has great service and treats its customers like they appreciate our business.

They left a five foot deep hole in front of our mail box. Tried to cover up the hole with dead grass they killed for their own purpose. I ask them to fill the whole. I gave them a week. I had to fill it myself with the loose dirt from the coffin they buried in our yard. Funny, as soon as I did that they showed up. They also threw their trash in the holes they dug and buried it. Mastec is one of the shifty companies they hired to do this abomination. If you see a mastec truck on your street watch them trash you yard. I will never ever use cspire. No body on our street will either. 5 Corner Utility services llc. is one of the names of the companies that are supposed to help customers fix their yard. It took two weeks to get them to come out. In Mississippi T-Mobile service is not good for when you're outside of the city limits. But that's not the problem. The problem is that yesterday Saturday (July the 10th) around 6-7 I went to go pay my sprint bill which is roughly about $410. This was just after work, and I know I'm dirty and all because I work in construction and it had rain. So I go in to try to pay my bill. There was 2 girls there sitting and just particularly doing nothing. One of the girls leaves and the one with the orange hair stays and seams unreluctant to attend me. She asks me if I'm paying cash or with card? I told her cash. She checks the iPad and starts saying that they can't accept cash. She hardly seamed that she wanted to get up and attend me a paying customer. With a voice of dread she was saying that they can't accept my cash payment.I don't know what's up, but it is not professional the manner that she was conducting her self. I don't have problem with the establishment, or any other employees. Just this one time when someone was not making the effort to do their work properly.

The only downside was the store's location. It's kind of ducked off/pushed back from the other buildings next to it so I passed it the first two times.
