I once thought this was a good location.. New Employee, Man, this guy charge for everything. This is the first time I had to pay to print out an UPS label.. For the sake it is your label.. Fedex don't.. I return items from amazon, that put in a clear plastic bag, not this guy, you have to pay $4 for a bag.. I now return all my items from Amazon through Whole Foods... Every time I go there, whoever is behind the counter is totally rude and disrespectful. I avoid going to this location due to this. I decided to give them another opportunity. I just went to drop off a package that already had postage paid and labeled. There is a young guy there behind the counter (who decided to come to work dressed unprofessionally wearing a du-rag, hoodie, and basketball shorts) who treated me very poorly. So this is my favorite UPS store. The manager is always so helpful and courteous however there is a young black man that works there and he barely speaks and his disposition is as if he'd rather be anyplace else. I had to wait at the counter while he bubble wrapped something on the back counter before he came to help me. He was so unbothered. I'd prefer doing my business when the manager is there, he is always pleasant and makes my day pleasant. I'm giving the store a 5 star and the manager because they deserve it however if I could separate the stars to give this young man a 2, I would. read more

I had 5 packages to drop off that were already postage paid. I went in the store and waited my turn and told the young man what I had. He said to just drop them off with him. It took 3 trips to my car to get the packages. As I was leaving the older obnoxious man accused me of breaking line and in no uncertain terms don't do it again. I did not break line and wouldn't break line. I had waited my turn and would have brought the packages in in one trip if I could have. It don't bother me at all when I run across a smart ass but the owner of the company deserves a better employee. Doing business with a company that tolerates this type of behavior I do not do business with. Do I believe the customer is always right. No I don't but if I was in the wrong I would apologize. read more

I went here to ship my brother a computer, and the younger guy and older guy were SO cool and helpful! Made the process super easy (I came in with nothing but the PC). My brother received it and it was GREATLY protected and secured in the box. An exceptional job by both of them! Recommend giving them both a fair raise!!!!! read more

Super awesome UPS Store location. Very helpful staff. Helped me package something perfectly to get it home to Houston. Went around 5pm on a Wednesday. There was a moderate number of people in and out of the store while I was there and everyone was helped pretty quickly. Very friendly, creative and efficient. read more
