It's on a busy street with a small sign but it's right behind Bops Icecream. I hope that's helpful for you. I was in and out in 5-7 minutes. Staff was helpful and easy going. Location is clean. Close parking. read more

This will be my second time coming to this fed ex, and both times I had to talk to Olinka. I think she's in customer service. She was beyond rude. She didn't want to help, it seems like she didn't want to work. Both times she was rude. I was getting my wedding programs printed, she was talking to us in a nasty tone, and this time when I had to print out some paperwork for my business she didn't want to help, it was like I was getting on her nerves or something. I feel like if she can't be nice to her customers, that job isn't for her. I will never come back in this fed ex, I rather go to another one. If I have any typos, I'm sorry but I'm very upset now! read more

Do not ever go to this place. They are horrible service and the General Manager named Onika who was rude and didn't help what so ever. She acted as if she was not on the clock at work and only had one worker who didn't even know what he was doing. And they have someone here that don't work here walking around like she work here. And she is rude and act like we not sitting in front of her. I would fire both of them read more

Got there a few (A VERY FEW) minutes after closing. The door was still open. A customer still inside. Begged the attendent to let me ship something and she refused. "I shut everything down already" I further explained that I am from out of town, got turned around in the parking lot, and I'm on an early flight out of town in the AM. Her reply, "Try the next town over." Wow. Thank you Fed Ex read more

Ok this FedEx office could've had a higher rating if it wasn't in a location (county line road) where traffic jam rush hour is like 12:00 to 5:00. And where they put a small sign of the office with other businesses to make one big sign when the office is over 100 feet away from the sign. And navigation is the worst I had to spend 30 minutes trying to find that thing on my iPhone. The roads are all scattered to make this maze where it is impossible to get to the end of it However, when I finally reach to the office and I went inside, I was greeted and asked what did I want to do here and I said I needed to print photos from the SD card. Too bad she didn't know what was I talking about but she led me to the machine that took the SD card. All the printing was slow but it was faster than mine at home. But the machine had I screen of which photos you wanted to print. And let me tell ya, the resolution is terrible. There was picture I couldn't tell if it was my mom or my sister. The price is really cheap (compared to buying ink for $30) and the quality is like hi-def even when it was taken by an iPhone. Now these photos are like those photos when you take a one-time-use camera and take back to the store, then they turn into those photos (of course nobody uses them in the digital age.) I say once you know the location, I'll be printing the photos there. read more

Absolute worst Customer Service I have ever experienced! Three employees behind the desk. Laughing, playing, worried about going to lunch and no one can provide assistance. Making my own copies and won't be back! I suggest you find somewhere else for your printing and copy needs! I certainly intend to. JMK read more

Ordered a program to be printed, only 30 copies at noon and was told online it would be ready at 5pm that day. Showed up to pick it up at 5pm and was told it would be tomorrow because the online time doesn't show what they have to do in the store??????? I have to cancel the order within 15 minutes because they start it quickly at the office per FedEx guidelines. If you call FedEx they can't even see the order they keep asking you for a tracking number! Don't even know that the company they work for does printing also!!! My advice use someone else!!! Bad service all around!!! read more

I have to use this location. The don't acknowledge a FedEx shipping customer. They will eventually come over and ask what you want. I have to pick up a package or ship a package a couple of times a week. I usually try to specify UPS or the USPS(my annual shipping is over$20K) but a couple make it through. I have a 10 to 15 minute window to pick up my package or drop it off. Sometimes it takes a return trip to get the package. read more

I arrived to this location on a Saturday evening. The associate did not greet me. This was my first time sending something off using FedEx office. I was the only one in the store and she barely acknowledged that I was in the store. I had to ask for assistance at least three separate times. Each time she acted as if I was a bother. Eventually, I was able to get my package sent. read more
