I think the way you approach and speak to customers should be top priority. To give some context, it was 5:45pm when we arrived at this location to print 30 copies of something needed for church use (a small print job compared to others Office Depot gets) the nice lady that was actually working the print service desk was very kind....directing me to email my document to the email and I did that..after about 10 minutes waiting patiently at 5:57 pm a white man approached me asking if we needed something printed tonight and I responded yes, I've emailed my page and he immediately was like you aren't going to get it printed tonight, this is around our cutoff time and it's your best bet to go to a different location. I do not believe that to be true and even if it were you don't do that! I understand you would like to go home but you have a job to do and a service that is sold, you would not have told me if I were buying a pack of pens that I can't buy them and to go try a different location.
