Hi! Wanted to give some feedback as a customer who will NEVER and I mean NEVER return to this…read morelocation of Office Depot. I think the way you approach and speak to customers should be top priority. To give some context, it was 5:45pm when we arrived at this location to print 30 copies of something needed for church use (a small print job compared to others Office Depot gets) the nice lady that was actually working the print service desk was very kind....directing me to email my document to the email and I did that..after about 10 minutes waiting patiently at 5:57 pm a white man approached me asking if we needed something printed tonight and I responded yes, I've emailed my page and he immediately was like you aren't going to get it printed tonight, this is around our cutoff time and it's your best bet to go to a different location. I do not believe that to be true and even if it were you don't do that! I understand you would like to go home but you have a job to do and a service that is sold, you would not have told me if I were buying a pack of pens that I can't buy them and to go try a different location. Do better and get a job that you enjoy.

One of the employees had no idea what she was doing so she started looking up information on her phone. The other employee was discussing with his guy about buying clothes at Tj max and he just had an envelope to mail. Before you think I'm some kind of Karen. You need to understand. I stood in line and then five other people walked in and stood behind me. No one from the back came out to say anything to all of us. Everyone of the people behind me were complaining. They just had no idea I had been there a lot longer. This place used to be very efficient. Sometimes they would even have three people when it was busy like it was today. After 12 minutes waiting the guy said "next" not "sorry you all are having to wait so long". By the way, the employee that was looking stuff up on her phone was still on her phone when I left. Someone should have come to the front to help her. I saw the manager in the back so I knew he was there.
