I had to get a human, which is like pulling teeth from a 5 year old ya can't knock out, at lost claims department TO file the claim because UPS.com doesn't allow me ( the customer of Kemimoto..they created the shipping label ) to create the claim. Only the one who PAID..for the shipping label can do that ( which the first couple of foreigner reps via phone call DIDN'T tell me when they said I had to file the claim on ups.com online. TWICE these idiots closed my claim claiming they tried to contact me but they did NOT...(- and yes I 100% triple checked...ensured they've HAD my correct contact info this entire time..this entire month as well as before 2026 ) ENSURE..YOU PESTER THEM TO GET A RECEIPT..because bs like this CAN happen and you WILL be sol -_- UPS owes me $150.00 . To give some context, it was 5:45pm when we arrived at this location to print 30 copies of something needed for church use (a small print job compared to others Office Depot gets) the nice lady that was actually working the print service desk was very kind....directing me to email my document to the email and I did that..after about 10 minutes waiting patiently at 5:57 pm a white man approached me asking if we needed something printed tonight and I responded yes, I've emailed my page and he immediately was like you aren't going to get it printed tonight, this is around our cutoff time and it's your best bet to go to a different location. I do not believe that to be true and even if it were you don't do that! I understand you would like to go home but you have a job to do and a service that is sold, you would not have told me if I were buying a pack of pens that I can't buy them and to go try a different location. Do better and get a job that you enjoy.
