Mastec is shit company. Cspire will not fix your yard after they tear it up for there own use. They will leave it looking like a war zone. They will leave you fix the yardm m on your own. They left a five foot deep hole in front of our mail box. Tried to cover up the hole with dead grass they killed for their own purpose. I ask them to fill the whole. I gave them a week. I had to fill it myself with the loose dirt from the coffin they buried in our yard. Funny, as soon as I did that they showed up. They also threw their trash in the holes they dug and buried it. Mastec is one of the shifty companies they hired to do this abomination. If you see a mastec truck on your street watch them trash you yard. I will never ever use cspire. No body on our street will either. 5 Corner Utility services llc. is one of the names of the companies that are supposed to help customers fix their yard​. It took two weeks to get them to come out. They drove excavators all over my yard and my neighbors' yards. Then they left without even attempting to make it look like it used to. Cspire has destroyed parts of my front yard along with painting graffiti all over the road in front of my house, it now looks like a run down dilapidated property. I was planning to put my house on the market in August but that is absolutely out of the question now! Not only did they destroy my lawn in 2 places, they threw traash everywhere and put aluminum sprite cans in holes all over my yard. I now have to hire a professional landscaping company to repair my front lawn. They also put tractor ruts all over my yard as well. CSPIRE WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS!!! read more

You might not take me seriously because I have just given a cell store five stars, but when you've never had a good experience in their other locations and then you have 2 really great experiences in this one store - you're going to be so excited that you give them five stars. You know what it's like going to upgrade your phone and shop for plans. Well when in to do just that, it was actually a pleasure. My wife and I just purchased two new iPhone 6 this past weekend. We started the process at the Renaissance store in Ridgeland and found out they were out of stock at this store. The service advisor when on-line to find the nearest store that had the phone in stock. The Madison store had what we were looking for. Went to Madison store and was greeted as soon as I walk through the door by a very courteous service advisor and she proceeded to fill our order. The purchase process went smoothly. Once again my expectations were exceeded. It has always been a pleasure dealing with Cspire. CSpire does NOT even deserve a star!! My phone quit working after 4 months. Had to mail it back. They said I damaged the phone which is not true. Insurance will not cover the problem. So what is the point paying for insurance then! Then they charged me for the loaner phone and it showed still a active on my account days after it had been turned back into the store. I have been trying to get help for months on this issue. The customer service people are extremely rude and not helpful. I have left numerous messages for the person who is suppose to be dealing with this. So a word of advice take multiple pictures of your device if you have to mail it back to them. If not they will charge you just like they did to me! Plus I mailed the phone back in the box they sent me to put the phone in. Horrible company! Do not waste your time with these people!! read more
