I almost always find one or two things to pick up. Prices are not cheap, but there are some deals to be found. They have a section of new items as well. My best finds have been on housewares, throw pillows, and women's shoes. If a price is not on an item, they do their best to give you a price on the spot. Some Goodwill's will not do this and will refuse to sell you the item. They recently remodeled the store and the view from the street is "blocked" by graphics, that provide shade to the interior of the store. The new layout is much better than the old. They do take donations in the back and are open 7 days a week.

I had a phone battery replaced there once with a new one. It was a good price and good experience,…read moreso I gave them a shot to replace the hard drive in my wife's laptop when I saw a coupon for faculty members at local schools and tied to classes moving online due to the coronavirus. (My wife and I are both faculty members at a local community college). A screenshot of the coupon is posted here in this review. I was quite dismayed to be told at the desk that not all emails this business' corporate entity sends out are actually honored at the individual stores. This was despite a brief phone conversation with Employee A telling me it would be honored. In short, they're not talking care of the customers at all if a self-described manager (Employee B, in this case) talks to a customer as if they're an idiot and makes it their problem that the store and corporate don't see eye-to-eye on the topic. Employee B tried to turn his back on me at the counter, which wasn't a smart thing to do for other reasons, but I persisted. All coupons should be honored at all locations, else they shouldn't be emailed to people on their email list. Bottom line! They get three stars here simply because they beat Best Buy's price on the hard drive replacement. Still, and sadly, it's one of those small businesses where your level of customer service will depend mightily on which employee(s) you happen to deal with. And, apparently, how corporate and the individual stores feel about each other at any given time.

Hi! Wanted to give some feedback as a customer who will NEVER and I mean NEVER return to this…read morelocation of Office Depot. I think the way you approach and speak to customers should be top priority. To give some context, it was 5:45pm when we arrived at this location to print 30 copies of something needed for church use (a small print job compared to others Office Depot gets) the nice lady that was actually working the print service desk was very kind....directing me to email my document to the email and I did that..after about 10 minutes waiting patiently at 5:57 pm a white man approached me asking if we needed something printed tonight and I responded yes, I've emailed my page and he immediately was like you aren't going to get it printed tonight, this is around our cutoff time and it's your best bet to go to a different location. I do not believe that to be true and even if it were you don't do that! I understand you would like to go home but you have a job to do and a service that is sold, you would not have told me if I were buying a pack of pens that I can't buy them and to go try a different location. Do better and get a job that you enjoy.
