This store is pretty clean and has good lighting. The stock is generally organized in a way that you can be more specific on what you are looking for. The staff has always been polite. I almost always find one or two things to pick up. Prices are not cheap, but there are some deals to be found. They have a section of new items as well. My best finds have been on housewares, throw pillows, and women's shoes. If a price is not on an item, they do their best to give you a price on the spot. Some Goodwill's will not do this and will refuse to sell you the item. They recently remodeled the store and the view from the street is "blocked" by graphics, that provide shade to the interior of the store. The new layout is much better than the old. They do take donations in the back and are open 7 days a week. read more

Can't find them open during normal business days / hours. Called the main number for Goodwill and they couldn't even tell me when that location is open. Hard to be generous when you have a load of clothes, toys, etc and can't even give them away. Done with this location! JMK read more

I remember it a LONG time ago, and it is definitely upgraded and my favorite place to haunt when in Jackson. Well organized and expanded into two buildings. So far I've found antique Oneida silverplate flatware, Gail Pittman dishes (before she was with Southern Living), matching crystal bowls and wine glasses for our patterns, and adorable, funny t-shirts, caps and mugs. My husband even scored a Cherokee Inn mug - new, but great memory for us. I wish I had a mansion and an unlimited budget, because I'd redesign my house every season, just from this store - lamps, beds, tablecloths, wall hangings... Oh, and the customer service is spot on. They were running a promo for $10 if you spent $40 this particular weekend, and we were unaware because we live in Louisiana. The clerk said, "If you spend another $1.25, you can get $10 off." Easy peasy - candy on hand at the register. Done. Another deal and another reason to keep coming back.
