This is an awesome market! Over 65,000 ft.² of vendors and antique mall. Such a variety of items and has areas for those who love to dig for treasures as well as areas for shoppers who like things staged well. Staff is Very pleasant and everyone is very helpful read more

Love this place! Friendly and cool things to hunt! Selection is huge and everything is cheaply priced.

We paid $1 admission to walk through cluttered areas filled with yard sale stuff. Very few antiques, mostly discarded and dirty junk. The highlight was an antique soda fountain that was beautiful, but it was definitely a one and done for us. Vendors were sitting around talking to each other and the whole experience was bizarre. I've probably been about a dozen times now, mostly to buy coins. So, yes, it's $1 to get in (though my understanding is that admission on Friday is free) but if you're that stingy just walk through the parking lot and collect it in change on the ground. There are food options there but I've never had anything more than snacks and drinks. There's a very wide selection of items -- I can't speak to prices on most things but since they're set by individual dealers, that's not the market's fault. For the main guy who deals coins there (he also deals in antique clocks), I always have felt like I was treated fairly. The place does get hot in the summer (it is Mississippi after all), so that is worth keeping in mind. There is also a cool room that you have to look for if you're into stuff along the lines of horror movies -- not my style, but it's fun to wander around in. read more

I got a coupon so admission was free. If I had to pay an entrance fee I think I would have just gone home. The market has a large selection of antiques, furniture, clothes, and random stuff. I know vendors have to pay a fee to sell, so maybe that explains the overprice junk. It's fun to look around, but when an old rusty door knob cost more than $10, I'm out. Maybe if I had a house and a lot of extra income to spend on old stuff, I would find this market charming, but I am young professional without a home to furnish.Overall, I rather just go to a thrift store. read more

A little bit of everything!! If you really like flea markets, like to dig and find treasures this place is perfect for you! It's not really well organized and sometimes it's hard to tell who runs what both but over all it's a really great flea market. They often have seasonal things for the kids like at Easter and Halloween. Today they are even doing a fundraiser for Mississippi's only children's hospital. read more

I am going to give this place 3 stars when I should rank it perhaps at 2. One of the best things about this flea market is that the diversity of items here is unmatched by very few other places in the area. The sheer number of things you should be able to purchase is immense. On the other hand, there are a few things going against this flea market. First, the $1 admission fee that another person mentioned is quite unusual, and I can't recall ever attending a flea market or swap meet that charges an admission fee--sure, there are some specialty shows and trade days that may have a fee, and I can understand that given they may open once a month or less, but when you have a flea market open every weekend, that's kind of odd. Second, it is priced by vendor, and there are some instances where a vendor may have items out for sale but then not sell them, and based on the vendors I have inquired about with items, their prices are definitely out of range for the item's value. Perhaps that is why they charge $1 admission--given the prices many vendors have for items, individuals probably pass up on purchases, and they have to make money some kind of way. read more

When I want an interesting Sunday, I come here to get a little entertainment. You can find some pretty weird, creepy, racist and funny stuff. Admission is a dollar. Right when you walk in, there's a honey pecan booth, it's one of the best I've had. Not overly sweet and it was still warm. There's a shop in there that has a huge collection of old video games, comic books and collectible coins that's pretty fun to look at. You know some of these people were probably on the show Hoarders, from how high they price their stuff that they probably haven't been able to sell for the last 10 years. Some lady wanted $15 for some old shampoo that would probably melt your hair off haha It can get pretty hot in there, so bring a drink. read more

Be prepared to spend all day looking around. You can find just about anything you're looking for in this fleamarket. With hundreds of vendors, there's something for everybody at any price. I love to just walk around and look because there's always something to see. read more

I believe I would have enjoyed my trip to this market, and had some specific items in mind for purchase, but.... These guys actually charge a dollar a person admission! Per person! Really? To wander around in skinny aisles crowded with second hand stuff, no air conditioning, likely sketchy bathrooms and, according to another reviewer, little or no food service. I am pretty sure I have never been asked for admission to a flea market before! I may have been charged to park a time or two at huge Florida Fleas, But that was for a carload of family and friends. But I have never been charged for admission or paid to park at WalMart, any mall, Goodwill, the Salvation Army, a rummage or garage sale. So I am not going to support what I consider a poor practice. The owners (and the dozens of vendors paying the owners rent) should consider wether my opinion is shared by many other potential visitors. read more

I love this flea market! It is the largest one in the state with over 200 vendors! You can find just about anything there if you just do a little digging around! They have antiques, handmade items, little items to make a house a home or a unique gift for someone, vintage clothes and items, and much much more! Very good size footprint with 100 or more booths/dealers. They have one large room of nice vintage furniture/household. Another big area with a mix of garage sale clothes and household. Large coin/clock dealer. Large record/video game/stereo equipment dealer. Large oddity/macabre dealer. Most dealers are in their booths organizing and restocking. Hit or miss on tools, architectural, signage, industrial but enough to come back every few months just in case. read more

I love The Flea Market, Mississippi's Trading Place. Easy to get to from I-55, Hwy 49 and Lakeland Drive - it's the perfect way to spend a Saturday. Only $1 to get in and browse, you have hundreds of booths in this big ole warehouse full of stuff! From antique and vintage furniture, old signs, hardware, jewelry, dolls and quilts to crafts, dishes, toys, and collectibles. And that's not naming everything. I recently went in their this past weekend to waste some time until a movie - yep, an hour and a half later I walk out and am late for the movie! So much fun and reasonable prices! This place is okay. I prefer outdoor flea markets because you can move around a little easier. This place has narrow little aisles that snake through. There is a ton of big furniture, which is pretty cool but the prices seem high. This place is not air conditioned and in the summer it's an oven. read more

This flea market was not was I was expecting. I had high hopes of old/antique furniture finds, knick knacks - the usual flea market merchandise. Shockingly, this place is little more than a overpriced and glorified dumpster dive. The few "good" pieces were pricier than anything on Royal Street in New Orleans, the rest included badly crafted wooded pallet repurposed junk and a lot of junk furniture "chalk" painted white. Total waste of time and one dollar. read more
