The laziest store I have ever been in. Zero knowledge. Just walking in I knew it was going to be a bad experience. Customer service reps sitting on the couch to busy with their conversation. Telling me my phone is a foreign phone and that the 14 pro max is super old. No clue on how to clear the memory. No clue on how to add a line. Do not waste your time coming here. So I stopped in this AT&T store to do a quick drop off of my phone. First entry of the store it was kind of busy but not so much. Walked in and was not greeted at all waited like 6 minutes and another woman came in the store and she was greeted immediately. So I advise the staff member hey I been waiting are you about to take her and all she replied was no.. mind you I been standing waiting for about 6 minutes and she never spoke and still when she answered my question she never ask what brought me to the store or ask did I need to get on the waitlist. About 2 minutes later a manager came out from the back and ask did I need to be added on the waitlist I advised him yes and then I was added.. it definitely made me feel some type wit the way she and the other staff handled me from the entry of the store.. definitely want be coming back to this location. Manager seem very nice checked on me a few times after I brought to his attention no one even ask me anything or spoke. Mr rolando was very helpful in assisting me. read more

AT&T Store - Front of the store - Mobile Phones Near Me - Richmond, Texas

Liars. Plain and simple liars. Unfortunately I transferred my service from Verizon as the charging port on my iPhone 8 had broken. Verizon were not helpful and I did a bit of research on how AT&T's service is out here in Fulshear. For one thing let me be clear, Verizon's service is FAR superior out here than AT&Ts. There's no comparison. Now onto this place. I went in there with my wife saying we needed two new iPhones and to transfer our service as they are doing a buy one get one free offer on the iPhone that Verizon unfortunately were not doing for existing customers. We went through the costs and they assured me the monthly bill on their unlimited plan would be $165 a month there or thereabouts. I traded in our old iPhones and had a few bills with credits. Finally a few months after it all shook out the monthly bill is $222 a month. Now I have added insurance for both of the phone onto the original $165 a month but that in no way makes it up to $222. I spoke to AT&T on the phone about the discrepancy and they're certain that the $222 a month is correct. When we were working out the costs of the contract the guy in the store wrote it all up on a post it note to add up to $165. The next time I went in with it to finalize the contact he took the post it note away. I wish I had taken a photo of it..... To cap it all they put my account on a Business plan telling me it didn't matter if it was Business or Personal. When I tried to bundle up my AT&T home internet and phone service up with the wireless service they said it wasn't possible as it was a business account. When I asked them if I could transfer it to a Personal account they said sure but I had to wait 60 days from the inception of the account. I did that and called them again. They then said if I was to do it I would lose the Buy One Get One Free credits on the iPhones we had bought. Just super shady business practices and I feel totally lied to. Can it wait to transfer back to Verizon the second this contract is done. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! You have been warned. I went in this week to purchase a new phone only to find out that the phone was blacklisted! What this means is it was stolen! The worst part of the story is when I tried to return it, they tried to charge me a $45 restocking fee. After speaking to the manager I am still waiting to see if the credit is issued appropriately. Rolando was extremely helpful and patient. We came twice in a row and his customer service was 10/10. He took his time and wasn't rushing us. We Switched from a different carrier and he informed us on all the specials and deals we could get.This is what you call great customer service. It was my mistake to come to this store. It took super long just to get a SIM card. Not recommend this store.

I was completely manipulated and lied to about being eligible for an upgrade. Further, the phone I traded in for the supposed upgrade never made it to AT&T so either they stole it or lost it. Either way I will NEVER return to this store again. I have been with AT&T since 1999 and this is the first time I've ever had this happen. It also happens to be the first time I've been in this store and is certainly my the last. Beware! read more
