I prefer AT and Coffee. This is a pretty decent AT&T location and can be really helpful and can offer some good deals off of your Verizon bill, but nothing more than 20 or 25 percent, and that's only if you're lucky. I thought service was nice and they got through the people more promptly than I expected, so I give a healthy four star rating. We're currently going through a debate as to whether we'll change to AT&T (my preference), T Mobile (her preference), or Sprint (both of our second favourite), so any feedback would be appreciated. This store was helpful but we haven't found anyone who is willing to knock more than 25% off our bill and we need to reduce it by more than 50% to match what some of our luckier friends are paying for the same services that we get now. read more

OMG! Today my husband and I showed up 45 minutes after they opened. There were about 3 customers in front of us. We were there to activate my new IWatch to our AT&T account. After about 30 minutes Jay started helping us. He was polite, funny, professional and attentive. After about 15 minutes of going around and around trying to get through the various codes and passwords, Jay admitted that their main server was down. In those 15 minutes he managed to sell us their new fiber internet that is going to save us about $30/month, the entire time joking with us and his co-workers. My husband looked up at the back wall and noticed that "Uncle Sam" was waiting in line- which sent us into hysterics. Jay and his thoughtful manager took down our information and promised to take care of the problem today. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. Jay called me this afternoon (4 hours after we left the store) to let me know that everything was taken care of. Thank you Jay and your manager (viva Cuba!!!) for what could have been a horrible experience. Your professionalism and humor made my morning. read more

THE rudest red headed elderly employee responded to our request to purchase an iPhone 14 by looking at his watch and raising an eyebrow when noticing that it was a half hour before closing time. When I asked why he looked at his watch he lied and said someone asked him the time. The time this sale would've taken was entirely dependent on his efficiency as I knew what I wanted. I should have read the comments. It's like the company specifically goes people who lack basic customer service skills. Visited the store on 6/11/22 and got the rudest greeting. The explore was too interested in chatting it up with customers rather than help those waiting to be helped. I stood there thinking " talking about what you did in your previous job isn't part of selling products. There were people literally sleeping on the couch waiting to head helped " they just hired a new employee and i hope he don't pick up those bad habits. Where did the basic skills of helping customers go? If the store is short staffed, shame on management. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I purchased two iPhone11s from AT&T ON 10/5/2019 because they had a BOGO offer, however they have been charging me for both phones. I have the receipt showing the transaction number, the $699.99 "savings". I've spoken with 3 different managers over the course of the last 14 months about this issue and they ALWAYS promise they will look into it and get it resolved. Finally, I called customer service "Retention" and they told me the store has to handle the refund because the offer they gave me was done "under false pretense". I've emailed, texted and left voicemails for the store manager: Lauren Christian, and she does not reply. No one at the store is answering my calls, emails or texts. When I go to the store, the manager is never available. What are my options? Does anyone know who the District or Regional Manager is? Do I sue them in a small claims court? I just need them to adjust my bill and refund my credit card. I never had an issue with Verizon, I can't wait to get out of this contract because AT&T is terrible. read more

I went to this store at 10am one morning and there were 3 employees working. No one greeted me nor did anyone offer me any help. I have always had good experiences at the store. The sales people are friendly and helpful. However, when I went in today I was assisted by a man named Isaac. I just needed my watch reset. I ended up having to listen to Isaac try to sell me on his financial planning service for the next 30 minutes. we had great service after an initial bad experience. I spoke to the manager, Kirsten and got help from with Eddy and received great service. My experience is listed below: I normally love going into this AT&T store to get my family b-day and Holiday gifts (phones and accessories); however today my bubble was burst right as I walked in the door. The lady who approached us heard that we wanted to exchange the 'online' phone for a bigger phone and right away said 'I just want to let you know there is a $45 restocking fee before we get started'. My bubble was instantly deflated although I still had hope that she would tell me that we could work through it once she heard the details of the transaction. We didn't get to the point of sharing any details; she just looked at us. I did go to emotion and felt upset at not even getting the chance to explain and understand why we couldn't do something to assist with the fee since we had JUST PAID THE $30 Transfer fee. Felt like all those commercials about banks and credit cards. We left- too upset to move past it. I called and spoke with the manager and she was very helpful and asked me to come back in and we were able to work through everyone and WE GOT OUR PLUS PHONE!!!! read more

I've been with AT&T way before it was AT&T, it was Houston cellular and the service has gone down hill ever since AT&T bought out Houston cellular. The cell phone signal / reception is horrible in Texas especially Katy Texas, and Phoenix Arizona. Not only do they have terrible service if you want to upgrade your cell phone for get about it they're making customer pay not only inflated prices for a new phone when they are eligible for an upgrade but you can only buy a new phone on monthly installments, this absolutely ridiculous! Being a loyal customer for many many years means absolutely NOTHING to AT&T! This is very sad how extremely greedy AT&T has become. read more

Wish i could give zero stars. Before coming here, I had a lengthy conversation with AT&T customer service about my wants and needs. We got the plan features and price nailed down. Since I did not want to wait for the mail and bring my wife along, I asked if I could get the same in a store. "Sure, no problem" I was told. After the Easter holiday(that was not posted btw) me and my wife went. We waited 35 minutes before being helped. "Angela" came to us and did a horrible job of listening. When she finally listened the Price was over 70 dollars higher than what AT&T customer sales told me. Also No discount for being a Uverse Customer(that I have been for over 6 years) another different story. "Angela" with a straight face used"customer Service doesn't know what they are talking about" as a defense. She repeated this two additional times and I was amazed she was using the trash talking of her own company as a excuse for being out right lied to. In contrary to a previous post, according to ATT this IS a corporate store. We went up the street to Verizon, and although I had to pay a deposit there it was worth it to be with a professional company that gives a crap about their customers, new and old.
