I thought service was nice and they got through the people more promptly than I expected, so I give a healthy four star rating. We're currently going through a debate as to whether we'll change to AT&T (my preference), T Mobile (her preference), or Sprint (both of our second favourite), so any feedback would be appreciated. This store was helpful but we haven't found anyone who is willing to knock more than 25% off our bill and we need to reduce it by more than 50% to match what some of our luckier friends are paying for the same services that we get now.

Not much to say except that this is a relatively new business, as of 9/30/17, they've only been open for three weeks. The location for this business is within the HEB off S Fry rd. Right where the old First Community Credit Union was/next to customer service. The owner chatted with me for a bit and offered me a bottled water. He was friendly. The cost is is pretty reasonable. I'd definitely come back to this convenient location in the future if someone else in my household breaks their damn screen again.
