    This Apple Store has never let me down. Great service, experience, and products all around…read more I've visited here for MacBook service, product purchases, and just to shop. It's an Apple Store, so for the most part you know what to expect, but every once and awhile they have some fun non-Apple branded accessories. The value of Apple products is arguably poor in some instances, but I think the products are superior to many other brands you can buy, especially when it comes to laptops. The only downside of this store is that there can often be a wait to checkout or get service. I would highly recommend an appointment if you know you'll need service or if you're making a large purchase with lots of questions. There was one instance here where an employee argued with me whether a product existed or not, surprise... I was right! Other than that all of the employees have been great here. This being the only Apple Store in the area makes it a specialty store for sure, but still a great store offering a great experience.

The age old adage "you get what you pay for" holds true for Apple's support after the sale. My phone is four years old, ancient by today's standards, but they still support it no questions asked. How many businesses can you say do that? Apple is far from a perfect company, that's why four stars, but their products are well built and reliable.

    I went to this store to learn about the Gizmo watch. Sammi helped me. She told me about the rebate…read moreand the chance to reduce my bill by $10 a month. She accurately quoted the final cost and $40 upgrade fee. She discussed features and options with me for about 20 minutes. She ordered me a Gizmo watch with a blue band from the warehouse. She thought it would only take a day to receive but it did take 4 business days to receive it. I went into the store to check if Gizmo had been received. Jarrin found it for me. He was extremely patient when helping me delete the old device from the Gizmo Hub app and setting-up the new device. He spent over 20 minutes with me overcoming issues with passwords and permissions. I received excellent service!

    By far the worse experience with Verizon. Waited 15 minutes to be put into a queue, and was told…read morerep was just finishing up and be with you soon. 45 minutes later and one hour after walking into the store, rep said sorry for the wait. One hour and that included listening to one of the rep's talking cute dog pictures, breed and training. After sitting down asked about my account, phone options. Now I'm in the store a little over 1.5 hours. After my selection I'm told it will cost an additional $40 for transfer of data. When I asked for it to be waived based on my wait time, she answered no. I said, I am paying for the phone, you keep my account and you won't transfer the data. She responded perhaps I should go to the Apple store. I walked out and will never return. Went to Trader Joes cashier said how's your day and I said it was great until I went to the Verizon store. She said, I went there once and will never go back for similar reasons. Need I say more. Store needs a major revamp in customer service and customer wait times.

    I thought you were a corporate store, but I was wrong. An authorized dealer…read more Quality/Quantity - It is that time. Wow, I have been a TMobile customer now for 2 years! Time to see what other plans might be a better fit for me/us. But because we are business customers, they have to email the representative to get back to us. So I will update their review after hearing back from the NV Business representative. Update - Sadly, NO surprise, but no one called us... My experience with Corporate TMobile has been fairly poor. And I noticed that the plan I signed up for 2 years ago has all been changed?!?! The good news is that I believe it changed for the better...? Atmosphere - Small location. Plenty of mall parking. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 8pm and onSundays from 10am to 6pm. Service - 5 stars. Two team members and two customers ahead of us. They helped the two customers and us in a timely fashion. In and out within half an hour. We actually got the manager helping us today. Corporate TMobile service = 1-2 stars.... Price - We will see what they can do for us. Online, new plans range from $21 to $42 a month. Owner Comment - Congrats on TMobile's success since 1994 with your 20k+ locations.

    We went in to get two new phones and check out their internet. We were with Sprint for years and…read morethey merged with T-mobile. So all together it was a long time. The guy seemed a little new and he kept having to get help from the girl that worked there. He was working the numbers on two new phones and we ended up in a contract for two years and we only had to pay tax which was high because it was based on two $800 phones. Then we asked about their internet service and decided to add that to the plan. We saved a little money there on the monthly bill. We get two weeks to try it out and then after that we are locked in. So far so good with the internet. My main issue is that we were stuck there for 3 hours. Our son and wife were with us and they were stuck there because we drove with them. It just went on and on and he was on the phone with someone for awhile. They need to streamline this process if they want future business. No one want to spend that much time standing there waiting for the service they are paying for. Next time we will go to a corporate store.

Or at least that's what they say I had a simple fix after being on the phone with Samsung and waiting for one hour to take it to the store they take off the back of the phone and make a simple fix to a common problem with the Samsung Note 10 plus and this problem is the on/off button they looked at me they went in the back and a minute later they came out and said"we don't feel comfortable doing this" what? Samsung explained this would be a very simple fix and it is a common problem and they didn't feel like it? I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy they are worthless when I asked him what the problem was the man at the desk just stared at me wouldn't speak and turned around and walked away in the back. Obviously their paycheck is not going to change $1 the people losing the money are the ones that hired them and pay their paychecks and that won't be affected but the store can't meet its bottom line because the people who work there don't feel like it!??!
