I checked online and the main brand new Verizon on Mcknight rd said it took equipment returns. I already reviewed that location they sent me to this location saying they do take returns. I walked in with my equipment and had to wait about 20 minutes until one of the reps was not busy with a customer. He told me they do not take returns except when you first call verizon an get a return authorization. Ok so no=w I am pissed spent 20 minutes at first store then another 30 minutes at this store only to have to go outside and spend almost 90 minutes not he phone waiting for a verizon rep. Finally I got someone to talk to and they accepted the return and gave me a return number which I then brought back into the store. The rep in the store filed the info and took the return info and took the equipment. overall terrible experience. The store itself is tiny and is geared mostly to phone sales. I am not sure how to rate this transaction.?????? The store reps where nice and friendly. The store clerks were in a bad spot as well as Verizon makes it so difficult to do returns on equipment. I would say I give the store reps 4 stars but 1 star for Verizon so I am thinking 2 stars is plenty.

The employees at Verizon disavow all knowledge of this company and do not help to facilitate the process at all. It has taken hours of phone calls over the past week, and two visits to the store and it's still not done. It appears that the process is designed to make you give up making any changes to your plan. It's unbelievably frustrating and a huge disappointment for a company this big.

Greg exceeded our expectations. His vast knowledge, professionalism and passion was so appreciated. We spent a few hours with him. What a lovely, intelligent, humble human. Frankly, he blew my mind in all the good ways. There inventory is vast. We listened to Rosso Fiorentino, Totem, Klipschorns,and La Scala just to name a few. All under one roof!! We have not made a decision as to what to buy. We are going back in a few days to listen some more. Hear me out through my whole story, and you'll see what exemplary customer service is! I think any business has the ability to provide good service, however, I think that true quality is when a business shows how well they treat unhappy customers and address problems or issues. While many things through this review were NOT their fault at all, I think they way the guys handled everything was just so above and beyond. I also believe that this is a very arbitrary business line to be in, as technology is always changing, and I think many part orders and variations are out of the control of those doing the repairs. So, here goes... When I called to get a quote on my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge screen that had been shattered, Brandon ordered me a new screen that day, because, he informed me, they don't stock many parts like that in their store in order to keep the costs down for customers in case the parts get cheaper, which I'm sure they do. They ordered me a new screen, I stopped in to have Shawn install it for me. Well, poor Shawn had a mishap while installing my screen, and accidentally broke the back cover. (I watched youtube tutorials on how to remove it, and, there is no easy way. I'm surprised he actually removed it in the first place!) Well Shawn felt bad about having cracked glass on my screen, he nearly drove me to Verizon himself to buy me a case for it, he felt so bad. Shawn ordered me a new back, and also ordered me ANOTHER front LCD display, since the one that he had put on was defective (an issue from the supplier, NOT ifixnmore.) I could tell that Shawn and Brandon felt TERRIBLE about this, Shawn dropped what he was doing the day I came in for my final screen and back replacement, and he completed my repair within 40 mins. The S6 Edge is difficult, and Shawn is the only one in the store who has "mastered" the repair, which he did flawlessly, I might add. He also insisted on ordering me a warrantied, tempered glass screen protector. He refused to let me pay for it, and had it shipped directly to my house. The guys also guarantee their parts, regardless of the supplier. They also accidentally quoted me a lower price for the LCD screen over the phone originally, but then insisted on still keeping the original quote after they realized the mess-up, even if it meant they broke even on the part and made nothing on the repair. They cared enough about keeping their word, and truly tried to find me the most economical, quality supplier in order to keep costs down. Go see these guys, you will NOT regret it!

I made an online purchase and upon further investigation I found the…read moresame items for a lot cheaper at another online retailer not a problem I thought I will just return it but if you return the items via shipping they charge you return shipping! So I thought I will take it to the store. I took the box unopened, the sales associate was stacking merchandise and ignored me for the longest period. When she finally came to the register she didn't know how to do the return she called someone then said I need to wait for her manager and walked away. I waited 15 more minutes. When the manager finally decided to show up she couldn't return them either! When she finally figured out how, she said it will be a store credit! I wanted a refund and not credit for overpriced junk! Besides they were unopened toys not jewelry! The reason she gave was because I made my purchases via money wallet app and they don't give refunds only store credit. It wasn't the refund policy but how they treat people! No greeting no apologies no manners! If I could give zero stars I would! I'm not the kind of person who would waste my time writing negative reviews unless it's really an unpleasant experience. I'm never shopping from them again online or instore. I can't wait for the class action lawsuits start dropping on them because of their unlawful policies. I hope they will go out of business!
