Stopped in with my mom today to pay her bill. She's a little stubborn at the best of times, but…read morethis year she's been extremely sick and it's affected her temperament a lot. As soon as we started talking to a mobile specialist (I read his name tag but now I forget! I feel so terrible lol), she instantly refused to get the app and explained a whole tangent about how she lost her previous debit card and just wanted to pay her bill. The guy assisting us was so helpful and polite, and made the payment process really easy while gently offering ways that we could make this easier in the future (with the t-mobile card, using the app to autopay, etc). I also work in customer service, and my mom wasn't being actively nasty or anything but she's having a hard time and was just hung up on things that made it harder for him to do his part of the transaction, but you never would have guessed by how gracious he was towards us today. It doesn't seem like much, I guess, but getting that errand accomplished easily because of some considerate staff allowed us to leave the store perfectly happy and ready to have a nice time at the mall with her; a few weeks ago, we thought that was something we'd never be able to do again. Thank you again for the kindness!

I wanted to respond with, "no, I use to cans and a string". There were other issues but mostly it was the demeaning approach as if I felt I had to work to get the staff to sell me a phone. I needed to purchase a different phone and I traveled to the North Hills store on McKnight where Dante assisted me and even after the completion of the sale, walked me to the door and opened it for me. Having been a customer of Cricket for about 20 years, my initial experience with Craig made me want to change service plans to another provider for the first time. There needs to be great performance reviews (possibly where the retail staff don't know who is the reviewer) because his behavior was rude and disrespectful. The rating is for North Versailles. If it were for McKnight, there would be a five star rating for the professionalism I experienced there. Do some training with some of these people.

I am a Cricket Wireless customer....have been for many years. Although I like my phone, the price…read moreand service of the phone, Cricket's customer service is ridiculously poor. The only reason I've rated them a 2 instead of a 1 is because of phones/plan prices. I have 2 lines on my cricket phone, one for myself and one for my daughter. My daughter's phone was stolen so I've been trying to cancel that line. You can buy a phone, a plan, change/add a plan, or add phones to your plan online, but you can never cancel a phone line online. So i went to the first store where i purchased my phone. They are permanently closed. i tried online, but you're not allowed. Another Cricket store told me just call 611 and they can do it, After dialing 611, I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes and then hung up on as soon as I said hello. I tried that again, same thing..........long wait and hung up on before pleasantries were even exchanged. I finally called Coraopolis' store and got the voicemail that they're open and leave my name/number and hope they return my call. Then I called the South Hills Village store and the gentleman there said he could not do it over the phone even if i gave him my ID, password, both phone numbers, my social security number, address, etc. He actually told me to call . I now know what a hampster feels like running on that wheel! Like I said, great phones, plans, etc., but if you're looking for a company that offers good customer service, Cricket isn't it.
