I understand this because we did the same thing when I worked in a pharmacy. I asked if I could do curbside pick up today for the phone. He said yes. This location is fairly new. It is in a shopping center. There isn't much parking close to the store, but each time I've been there has been a spot right in front of the door. It's like they know I'm on the way so they hold a spot for me LOL. I try to go after 5pm during the week. Each time I've never had to wait. I know... at an ATT store no waiting is such a shocker. Of course this location has all the normal phones, tablets, cases, etc. But this is about the staff and amazing customer service they provided. I'm sad I didn't get their names, but I still had to shoutout this service. The 2 staff members have been the same 2 ladies each time that have helped me. They both are very knowledgeable about the products and all services provided. They were extremely patient with me as I was going from an iPhone 8 (yikes right) to a 14. I'm also not cell or tech savvy and they both made the scary big transaction for me simple and easy. This particular location didn't have the cell I wanted but they were able to order it and ship it to the store. I was pleased to have both of them there when I went to pick it up. One of the ladies even talked with me about changing my current TV provider to the new plan they provide. On like the 3rd visit they even talked with my friend about getting a new cell and did get one!! So I highly suggest visiting this particular location if you are in the area and have ATT services. When I go back, I will only ask to have these ladies help me. We don't get such nice and good customer service often anymore, and they definitely provided it. read more

Walked in with my mom to switch service providers from a 17-year long-lasting relationship with Verizon. An associate named, Tyneesha watched us walk in, didn't greet us or even speak! The store had one other customer being serviced by another associate. Luckily, the agent, Moe, was free, friendly, and provided great service. I'm no longer an AT&T customer but came in today to to see how I could have old devices unlocked so that I can use with my new carrier. The helpful staff immediately greeted me at the door and were able to answer all my questions. I felt I needed to vocalize good service and helpful tips and suggestions they made. The only thing I feel terrible for not getting their names. But I went today and if you answered the door and greeted me upfront today around 11:15 I appreciate you both. I'm no longer an AT&T customer because their service isn't strong in my area. I live in the country so we really only have one good carrier available at the time. Kruti was very helpful and helped me to get the best phone for my lifestyle and got me discounts whenever possible which I would not have thought would be discounted. She didn't try to up sell me or pressure me into things I didn't need, which is always a peeve of mine when dealing with salespeople. I'm writing this review for the authorized reseller on CR 59 in Pearland. Had so many issues after the initial visit. Took almost a week to get me my phone that was 20 miles away at a different store. When we tried to switch phones on a Sunday they said they couldn't because there wasn't a manager on site even though we told the girl we were dealing with that we were going to do that. Also, she signed us up for a protection plan even though we specifically told her we didn't want it. After we went to the main store on 518, they said you should never go to an authorized reseller. Guess I'll take advice from someone bashing their own company. read more

I had went to this store 1week ago and attempted to order a phone but I haven't upgrade phone in a long time. So they supposed to have canceled the order and I said I would come back because but in my mind to be honest I didn't believe they charged taxes on a upgrade. But I went home and call a t & t and they said you right you been with us since 2011 and we didn't then but now they do. So I asked the customer service agent can I go ahead and purchase the phone now but he couldn't do nothing because he said whoever did my order left it pending and mess up my upgrade so I would to have to go back there. So I went back there and the Sim Var remembered and fixed everything he was patient and help me. Then I look at my receipt and seen the discount wasn't off so I called and a young lady said it will show later. But I'm old school and I'm 53 years old I still went up there and Sim Var told me it will show as soon as your phone is activated. I said ok I thought yall was cheating me out of my discount. So I decided today to buy the Samsung ear buds online because it was on sale and pick it up at this store so I paid for it and waited on my email. My email came so I went up there now Sim Var try to find it and he did go in my account and seen it. Now another young lady name Sara was sitting right by where Sim Var was looking for everything and sad repeatedly I don't see it and she was rude. I even showed the Will the manager the receipt and where it came out my account. His only solution was too canceled and repurchase but not actually explaining about the hold situation. So I went to my car explained everything to at&t customer service agent and explained everything to me so I went back in the a t and t store and asked for manager or a name and number Will didn't say he name only that he's a manager. And I couldn't talk to no one else but a young lady there light skin black American Had walk off and call the owner or regional manager and said you can had his email number but no name or number. They all was real rude and I don't care why I asked for a manager or same one else in charge I have a right because I'm a customer. The only person that wasn't rude was the looking staff. Now my daughter went in there and asked for they names and they try to act like sara wasn't there but my daughter recorded them so they can't lie. Its sad when black Americans is going through so much and to be humiliated like you were lying or pre prejudice because of me asking questions on about my purchases was not right. I would never ever come back in that store again. And I canceled those Samsung ear buds and order from another store. Upon walking in to the store, I was greeted by such a sweet and pleasant young lady named Clarissa. She was very helpful in helping me to understand my upgrade options because I had numerous questions to ask. After my questions were answered the upgrade process was on and popping! During each step, Clarissa kept me informed of the process as well as what my options were. The best part however was Moe who worked with Clarissa to deliver the best experience!
