I became annoyed that my service was getting worse in areas it used to be accessible. This was when I had a 4G phone. Customer service told me I needed a 5G phone and it would get better. I got an IPhone 13. This was several years ago. Coverage was no better. Callers constantly say "repeat that, you're breaking up". This happens everywhere. I went to the local office to complain. They are sales people, not tech people, not any help at all and said "call 611". I spent an hour with a tech support person, after wading through the Verizon automated menu. The last thing he wanted me to do was reset the whole phone and reinstall everything. I didn't do it. I'm an Xfinity TV and internet customer. I now have Xfinity phone service, the first year is free, later the fee will be $20 a month less than Verizon and I get service in Europe for free, something I paid $100 a month for from Verizon. Bye, bye Verizon!!

Reasonable cost IMO and pretty quick turnaround times. Depending on what he needs to order, he usually can get me in the next day, and then the repair doesn't take too long either (maybe an hour or so?) The person that runs it is awesome - no nonsense and easy to work with. I enjoy his personality and the brief small talk with him. I think prices may be a bit higher than what you can get around town, but he is using the authentic Apple parts. He openly told me once I can shop around and probably find a lower price but to "pay attention to [such and such] and ask if they're using [whatever method or part] as they can charge less if they do it that way but it could make an inferior repair." Maybe I'm just being fooled, but it doesn't seem like it to me! If anything is ever wrong (rare), I'm confident he will make it right because I've experienced it. After getting the back replaced, there was a smudge or speck behind one of the camera lenses. I called, and the repair technician took care of it right away. Of course, this means it wasn't perfect the first time, but we are working with humans after all! Making it right with no trouble speaks volumes.

Sunday came around, I called and no answer, checked on Google for their hours and it stated 12pm - 4pm. Went by the store and come to find out they are closed Sunday! Frustrated and mad I was! Monday comes around, I called and the guy who answered told me they had no screen available for my model, the one they had was for a different model. On top of that the guy who took in my son's ipad did not order a screen so I would have to wait until Wednesday and or the latest Friday (7/5) to pick up. Called again Wednesday and was told not ready yet, they're closed Friday due to July 4th holiday and soonest would be Saturday... by this time I was done with them, getting different answer each time i called.. Saturday came around, picking up the ipad i was told $235 after tax... i was shocked as the guy who took my ipad said $84 something. If it was that much I would've gone somewhere else as I was quoted cheaper then $235 somewhere else! But the guy was really nice and honored it (not same guy who took the ipad when I dropped it off). Overall, i was disappointed and frustrated with all the run around. But, i was happy that the price quoted was honored. So, i gave it a 4 star out of 5. Ty!

They were able to retrieve all my photos from my seven year phone and put them on a new phone to me…read more(used and inexpensive) and set it up exactly like my old phone. Yay! Some time late I dropped the phone and cracked the screen. They were able to fix that in the time that i took me to go out a buy a cup of coffee. They are very congenial and I felt like they really wanted me to happy with the service that they provided. Great service and inexpensive.
