Unprofessional. I have a problem with my account and they send you to the call center and then dodge your calls. My bill is 3.5x what it's supposed to be and I can't get anyone to not just help me, but to even take my call. Sahill, Natin, and Drew (I think) are all VERY unprofessional. read more

This stores customer service is terrible. my phone broke in August. I needed a new phone. The employee working claimed all my information was transferred on the new phone and it was NOT. she then added an unauthorized line and managed to do something double our bill. since August we have been back and forth with the general manager Larina who was sweet and tried to help us get the bill adjusted to what it should be. she also acknowledged all the errors made by the employee who sold me the phone and added the extra line and unauthorized charges to the bill. she said the bill would be properly adjusted by December. We just received our December bill and now it is more money than before. We also paid the proper amount of the September, October and November bill as recommended by the general manager Larina. After trying to get our rebate back for 6 month and the rep (Jen) out and out lying about the plan I finally decided to go to consumer affairs.. the Oceanside store and Rvc and Merrick too are owned by the same company not A T & T they are owned by Spring Mobile parent company game stop. My iPhone was broken so I went to this location to buy a new one. Unfortunately, they were out of the iPhone 12 and only had the pro or max but I just wanted the 12 so they told me they were getting some in within the next week or two and I could come back and get it. My phone started breaking even more and I really needed this to be resolved - I called around to other stores but they were also sold out. I called this location back just to see if they had received the new iPhone 12 shipment; they hadn't but the rep on the phone told me if I placed an order with him at that moment the phone would come the next day. I'm not sure why this wasn't offered to me the first time. I waited over a week for them to receive a "new shipment" and meanwhile I had this option all along. I placed the order, the phone came and when I went back to the store to have them activate the phone everyone was extremely rude and barely helpful. It seemed like they were annoyed and couldn't be bothered to help me at all. As the woman was helping me she was chewing on candy and not even wearing a mask. They told me it would take "7 hours" for my phone to transfer all the data so they would call me when it was finished. Eventually the phone transferred uall the data and I picked it up. I will never go to this store again, everyone was rude, kept giving me different answers to my questions and made the overall experience extremely stressful. My suggestion is go to a different AT&T store. read more

This is the only ATT location I will go to going forward. I dropped my phone and it broke so I visited this location VERY close to their closing time, never a nice move. The rep Cody was more than willing and happy to help me rectify my issue and get a new phone. Everything went very smoothly. I don't know what took me so long to write a review about this place other than the fact that maybe it was such a HORRIBLE experience that I erased it from my mind when it was over. That sentence sums it up as I recommend that anyone should avoid this location - drive the extra miles to save yourself from obscenely horrible customer service (at one point I thought there must be hidden camera and this was a prank) and the highest level of frustration. Long story short, I dropped my phone and it got run over - I know I could have filed a claim online but when you use your phone you want instant results and somehow you think that the store can help you out. How I wish I had driven to my favorite store in Merrick. I came in here in a bit of a panic with my crushed phone. I was serviced by a girl with curly blond hair who upon looking at my crushed phone advised that I should buy a screen protector to "stick the screen together" and make it usable for a little while until I got a new phone. She charged me $40 to tell me in about 3 seconds that nope, it didn't work and that happens sometimes...and no, I dont get a refund because it was my choice to buy it. Then she proceeded to stand there and push otter boxes on me while I politely said no thank you...i had to practically scream that my phone HAS ALREADY BEEN RUN OVER, please help me file a claim. Then the girl proceeded to try and log me into the at&t website that I could have done myself...and when I asked she told me to just log in and type my information in there...I repeatedly said that I didn't know my passcode...so she had me keep trying until the system logged me out. Then she had no idea what to do and had me call ATT customer service. There were a host of other issues like the fact that she had no idea what she was doing and couldn't even print a page...was highly unprofessional in giving me the phone to stay on hold because she didn't want to hold it. At about an hour and a half into this episode, her coworker realized there must have been an issue and fixed my problem in about 15 minutes. She stood there as if she felt she did a good job. Wow. If wrecking my phone wasn't bad enough, this girl made it a million times worse. RUN AWAY FROM THIS STORE! 0 Stars! (PS - filing a claim with ATT online or on the phone is so much easier...it's just that I didn't have a landline...) read more

Such a great expierence at this location and the sales women herself (Jennifer) long story short due to the iphone7 release AT&Ts customer service has been horrendous, and after ordering an iphone7 they cancelled it the next night because they 'couldn't confirm my identity' When I went to the store today (09/11/2016) right when they opened Jennifer called customer care for me, took the time to cancel the upgrade that AT&T didn't do on their end after canceling my order, and helped me put in a new one. Overall happy with the store&the salesperson , AT&T hotline however needs to improve their service. read more

Had a good experience with customer service. CSR was helpful and accommodating, taking the time to have me adjust to an iPhone....yes, admittedly was a flip-phone guy, and talked me through the options/screens. Had an issue with billing and credits at a later date, and was able to expedite the issue. read more
