When I walked out, I saw that they'd kept the critical part, I walked back in, and their behavior was so dishonest, menacing, mocking and I saw it was truly not worth fighting with them. My son drove in from AR to do this transfer, Justin stayed an hour past his normal quitting time to assist us. My son was a former employee of the above mentioned company so we knew what we needed and wanted but Justin made it even easier. In fact, I had an issue and had to go in the next day and another rep assisted me. Then I stopped in the following day and every rep there took the time to speak to me. The store manager should be extremely proud of their team. You are obviously doing something right. I am in sales so I don't throw out praise lightly. Top notch service by Justin and everyone.

My family also has ATT products as I have been a long-standing customer as well. Recently, I went into a Corporate Store with no luck in my mind to resolve any of my issues regarding prior or current services from a local state move. BUT TODAY.... i have had ALL of my issues resolved! Just having the patience to speak to someone locally and having them actually listen to your situation makes the difference, just give the right ATT person/sales person a chance.
