My wife and I have made multiple visits to this store over the past few years and the experience has always been good. My wife's visit on 3/12/25 would not fall into this category. She arrived at 10:00 am right after they opened. Upon entering the store she approached the male worker who offered zero assistance. He advised her that they didn't have any routers and she would need to go to another store. She asked him if he could possibly call stores near their location to see if they had routers and the employee advised her no that she could do that. At that point the female employee stopped assisting the only other customer in the store and said "you can call 611". Which meant nothing to my wife. When my wife asked what the number was the woman said very rudely that it was the customer help line. Frustrated with the complete lack of service, my wife went to the car and called the 611 number which was the customer service number for T Mobile business accounts. They could not assist my wife and had to transfer to someone else. In the end my wife had to order a replacement router over the phone and have it shipped to the house. The Glen Carbon T Mobile store's staff provided no assistance whatsoever. My question is what happened to the employees who worked there that actually cared about customer service? I'd give the store zero stars if I could, but I can't so they will get one star even though it was less than a one star experience.

I ordered a phone on line and picked it up today. Drake was quick to greet me, helped me find the barcode (patience is a virtue), and quickly located my item. I asked about screen protectors and he offered to go get one for me and put in on! He brought three options and explained the difference, as well as the warranties, and then he neatly put on the screen. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and a good salesman! Once he understood my needs, he showed me different options and actually found me a better choice. So that is why, I will continue to give the BB 5 Stars.
