When you call T-Mobile all calls are forwarded to call center in the Philippines . Nice people but unfortunately can't do anything to help you, Other than read your bill and charge you. I have wasted more that 6 hours of my time on the phone and driving to the local stores since I left them. My time is money as I see it. I would not return to T-Mobile even if the service was free. I spoke to a representative today 5/1/21 to inquire about the message I received regarding going over on my data usage, I was told that I only have 5GB on the $30 Plan. They said there is no plan with 15GB on the $30 Plan. I have attached the screenshot from simple mobile offering 15GB on the $30 Plan four different times. This is misleading their customers and they are making false claims.

Sandy helped us look up all kinds of info and stats to ensure my mom had exactly the speaker she needed versus something that would've been overkill. That kind of sincerity and care goes a long way so naturally we bought it. As a matter of fact, it was such a good experience we went with a different color speaker altogether. They had a different color at a different store but we kept it local. In terms of price point it was well below anything online including Amazon prime. We were then helped by Jose in the TV department, the one and only! to locate a TV that was in high demand, and ofcourse, exactly the brand and size TV that we were hoping for. In this case we walked away with the inky one in stock so it was a great success. All in all a great experience and a lot of consideration.
