Unfortunately the time came where the service was needed and this is what brought me back to bestbuy Kendall. After speaking with one of the geek squad associates I asked about my warranty that was expiring. I inquired if I can extend it since it ended up being the last day of service.... Or so I thought. I was met with the Geek Squad manager Desmond who greeted my wife and I with the intent to help his customers the best that he could. Desmond took his time in helping us with our issue and we will be forever greatful for his help and insight. Thank you Desmond for putting customers first. I went back to have it fixed, and they told me the warranty wouldn't cover it and that I'd have to pay another $200. This was extremely frustrating considering the issue happened right after their repair. Very unprofessional experience, misleading pricing, and poor quality work.
