Unfortunately the time came where the service was needed and this is what brought me back to bestbuy Kendall. After speaking with one of the geek squad associates I asked about my warranty that was expiring. I inquired if I can extend it since it ended up being the last day of service.... Or so I thought. I was met with the Geek Squad manager Desmond who greeted my wife and I with the intent to help his customers the best that he could. Desmond took his time in helping us with our issue and we will be forever greatful for his help and insight. Thank you Desmond for putting customers first. We are happy with our purchase and the quality care we received from him and his team. Thank you to Emilio as well for the help in selecting the right computer for our needs.

this is general review of the company. everything about att is bad, they rely on ai to answer…read morechats, phone calls are robo systems using ai tech all of which route and does things you don't even ask for. even so the customer reps are terrible over the phone and 9.99 times out of ten these customer service in the technical department don't have a clue to whats going on as that is the way they train them to read out of book and give answer that don't work or have nothing to do with the problems. then theirs the customer service abroad who are clueless as well to which most time you can't even understand. our business and personal services are in the usa and so is our account, so why do we have to talk to someone overseas who doesn't understand english and if they do we can't understand them. sending out a tech to your home or business in most cases if its residentual you get the six month in tech who relys solely on the tools because he doesn't have the real training or experience to trouble shoot real problems. in my case my landline has been out for almost a year and you can't get anyone to fix it unless you wait for hours on the phone only to be hung up on then forced to call and start over. you ask why in my landline out its because the last time i called for internet issues they had at their crossbox, the tech cut the wire on purpose since they didn't like me telling them the trouble was on thier side. i'm in the process of dropping att landline for another company simply because they don't want to support landlines anymore yet their voip lines are just as worse in all ways because its attached to your internet lines.

I visited this T-Mobile location hoping to upgrade my iPhone to the new iPhone 17, but the…read moreexperience was honestly disappointing from the moment I walked in. There were a few customers waiting and three employees present, yet not a single person acknowledged me no "hello," no "we'll be right with you," nothing. One employee was in the back, another was actually helping a customer, and the third simply said, "sorry, I'm new," when I tried to get her attention as if being new meant it was okay not to offer any kind of customer service. Even if you're still learning, greeting customers or asking a coworker for help is basic professionalism. It was frustrating to stand there watching while no one made any effort to acknowledge or assist me or the others waiting. This is not the kind of service you expect from a company like T-Mobile. The staff here clearly need better training not only on procedures but also on the importance of good manners and basic customer service. I left feeling completely overlooked and frustrated. I will never return to this location. T-Mobile, please do better.
